I have used this company for several projects over the past few years - exterior painting, bathroom and kitchen remodels and garage ceiling repair work. The owner was always on top of things and very helpful.

Geoff and his team were very professional in the design and construction phases of the work they performed. They delivered high quality work for a new wall to close in a home office with french doors as well as a new kitchen tile backsplash.

This is the second time i have used their services to remodel. In 2015 I bought a 2nd story condo in Orlando. I hired Geoff and his team to remodel it for me while i went back to Arizona to sell my house. I was so pleased with what they accomplished, i hired them again in 2021 when i moved into my Kissimmee 3/2 house. I was pleased with their innovative ideas, work ethic and their ability to listen to MY REQUESTS. It, however, took more time to complete because there were some setbacks during "COVID time" (getting supplies, parts, and laborers). The crew were all professional, caring, respectable, responsible and trustworthy individuals.

I LOVE what Premier was able to do to my kitchen! They took down a small wall, opened up the space, replaced all the cabinets and appliances. The kitchen is now the centerpiece of our home and I couldn’t be happier. They also replaced our electrical panel, the flooring in our bedroom, and a few electrical fixtures throughout the house. It was great!

I hired Premier for a bathroom remodel including removal of tub, tiling and installation of a new shower. Geoff and his team were fantastic to work with. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end of the process. Communication was great and any questions or concerns were addressed right away. All of the workers were extremely professional, completed work timely and cleaned up each day. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

The work done was excellent. Other than a short delay (three or four days) waiting on a contractor, once the materials orders were met, the work progressed smoothly and effectively. When small items were noted, such as a slow drain, they were attended to promptly and with no hesitation. We are repeat customers and were totally confident in the trustworthiness of the crew. I did not rate the price because I did not seek a second bid. I found the value commensurate with the cost.

We've used Premiere before, and have been very impressed with the quality of the work that he and his subcontractors do. This time it was a full kitchen remodel. Total bill ~$55K, Premiere's part of the job ~$15K. We had another contractor that did design, cabinets and counters, and Premiere did everything else. All jobs of this size have unpredictable aspects, but they worked with us all the way. They listened to us, and were clearly concerned that we would be happy with the final product. And we are indeed happy. This is a first-rate operation, and I would work with them again with no hesitation.

Based on the excellent experience with Geoff Gilpin and Matt Steele we hired them again to do the next major project of our remodeling. Once again the work was done well and in a reasonable time frame. Their suggestions for the window provider was excellent with a competitive price. It was just what you want from your general contractor. This is a great company and met our expectations in every way!

Fantastic. Geoff Gilpin and Matt Steele were great to work with throughout the process. As the project contractor, Geoff listened to us and then gave great advice. Geoff brought in top sub-contractors where needed and made sure that the finished project was exactly what we wanted. Prior experience combined with this major remodel assures me that there is no one better for the job!

Geoff, Matt, and everyone I dealt with at Premier Remodeling were professional, timely, helpful, kind, communicative, and did excellent work. I'm picky and probably needier than the average person as I've never remodeled before and I was impressed with everyone. Geoff is responsive and talented and I was in great hands with Matt. On time, excellent workmanship, cleaned up completely afterward and on budget. Could not ask for more.

We had 2 contractors bid out the work while we were under contract. We essentially knew the major items we wanted to address but also realized things would pop up. Geoff met with us very shortly after we contacted him. We selected Premier (and the other contractor) because of their high ratings on Angie's list. Both did a detailed analysis of the scope of work and asked a considerable amount questions. Geoff was first to provide his bid. We had to wait an additional 2 weeks for the other contractor to submit his (and we had to keep asking for it). The bids were substantially the same. Our main concern was that we were going to be absent for the majority of time the work was being done, only coming in on every other weekend. We needed to hire someone who we had confidence in quarterbacking the substantial work we planned (replace 2,000 sf of tile, reconfigure 2 closets into one and add California closet inserts to all bedroom closets, block off a door and large bay window, add substantial amount of stacked stone, remodel an entire guest bath, partially remodeled the master bath, repaint interior and exterior, not to mention various other work) when we were not there every day to oversee. Geoff gave us that confidence after meeting with him several times. We hired Premier and his team did an outstanding job. They completed the work on a timely basis with high quality workmanship. All of the sub-contractors were courteous (when we met them) and very clean. The demo of the existing tile was a dusty endeavor so they shut down the HVAC and put up visqueen to protect from dust especially in the kitchen. There was multiple folks working on various jobs throughout. I never felt like we lost any work time (which was our concern since we had a hard move-in date). One week prior to the moving van appearing the California closets were still on order and we got nervous. Geoff bird dogged the order which showed up two days before the move date. He had the install team in the next day. When we arrived with 20,000 pounds of stuff the day after, the closets were completely finished. That was huge! I could go on but I think you get the point. Geoff takes this very seriously and he was a true partner throughout the process. I highly recommend Premier.

The work was done well within my time expectations and to a high degree of quality. I am very pleased with the work that was done.
