We explained what we wanted, they drew plans up with a some suggestions that we agreed with and incorporated into our kitchen remodel. Very pleased with the remodel and would hire again for other projects

My bathroom turned out beautiful. We were very pleased with everything.

The remodel turned out great. Needed to remodel since we have a daughter in a wheelchair and needed an open floor plan. Our home is almost 30 years old and also needed updating. Now have new open kitchen with a tabled that can seat up to 10. New pantry, and cabinets, removed and replaced old flooring. We have a big family of 6 and we are all pleased. My wife is pleased and that is what is important. Highly recommend them to do your work.

Excellent Orosco and his helpers were very efficient and clean in renovating our bathroom in the middle of the house over wood floors. Helped us with choices and we are very happy with the results. We will be calling them for the Kitchen counters next

The quality of the work is excellent. I love my finished kitchen. Julian and his assistant were very friendly and solicitous. Communication with the client could be improved.

Julian and Tim did a great job with my remodel. They were very friendly and professional. They were able to complete the whole project with me in the house since I am disabled and had to move more than usual things throughout my house and did not complain even one time. I will be hiring them in the future for more work. The only area I would like to see improvement would be with scheduling and communication.

Very nice. They answered all of my questions. The job was done quicker than I thought it would be. They were neat and didn't leave a big mess behind.

We are very pleased with our remodel. We had our bathroom completely redone. We also had new flooring in our bedroom, dining room and living room. Julian and his team were professional, neat and clean with home. We are planning to rehire them for another area in our home.

Backsplash, tile floors and most of the cabinets picked look wonderful. There is a blind corner upper cabinet that is almost inaccessible. Cabinets should have been picked that fit what was there previously. Cabinet above stove had damage. I asked for door replacement, the contractor cut the corner off. Texturing on corner of kitchen and light switch does not match and is unsanded(walls are textured). No caulking used to seal gap at back of cabinets where they meet the wall. Ceiling only got painted as stated in contract after I inquired a second time. Around return vent is barely painted. The contractor was very slow at getting work completed, rescheduled multiple times, no call/no shows, communication could be better. When I asked to nullify the contract for the rest of the floors he never showed up and didn't respond for a month to refund money. Also state of Florida website shows he is unlicensed and has complaints against him. Angie's list needs to do better.

Julian and his crew were very professional and maintained a clean environment. They completed the installation as promised. I will definitely use them again for more projects.

We are enjoying our new bathroom but the reason we wouldn't hire again is because we are in our eighties and we have no future plans of remodeling again.

Absolutely perfect. Julian is an exceptional contractor and his team are hardworking and dedicated. I have no reservations about referring Oroscos Flooring and Design and Renovation. We have already started planning another project with Julian.

It went fine, but everyone I have spoken to says I really overpaid.

Perfect in every way!! Our interior remodel was $76,000. Orosco's (Julian, the owner) did a superb job. On time, under budget, a discount for being a disabled Army veteran, very easy to work with, and the final result was beyond our expectations. We will hire them again if needed and can't say enough good things about them.

We are still calling Julian . . . . In addition to the laundry room, he enclosed Our patio and made a wonderful sun room. Just today, Orosco finished work in a flooring problem. We had Mohawk Carpet installed throughout the house three years ago. Norwalk advertised this carpet to be laid over tile . . . . The floor in the Living Rom started Feeling a little squashy when you walked on it. We called Julian and he Came out the next day and told us what was causing the problem. This week he came out and pulled back the carpet, repaired the Tile below and reinstalled the carpet. Looks great. They do great work and Are so nice and appreciative of your business. It started off great! The estimate to the project lay out and design plans. The tear out was fast and efficient. The flooring was also done super fast and efficient. This was done in January…we are now in May and NOTHING else has been done. We have been without a kitchen for months we no word when they will be back out. Almost $20,000 has been paid and gotten maybe 2 phone calls saying “your cabinets will be in soon and we will be there soon.” I totally understand everything is behind but since January…and now no return calls. Last phone call they made they said the cabinets were in and will be here Friday. And that phone call was only made to us after a friend of ours had to pretend they were calling for an estimate on a kitchen remodel. When the company called back she asked what was happening with our kitchen because they have stopped taking our phone calls. That was last week and still nothing. No update! We hired them bc they were a local family owned and operated but we are regretting not going with a bigger corporate company! My uncle is older with a lot of heart issues and the stress of this ordeal has not been good for his health. We really need this done!

Julian and his crew were fantastic! They did the whole job with their own crew. They were quick but did a great job just the way we agreed on. I am very impressed with the work they did for us. He is working on pricing for a bathroom remodel and a few other jobs. Highly recommend!

WE MET WITH THE OWNER WHO SAID HE COULD REPAIR. HE LEFT THE ROOF WITH MORE LEAKS THAN WE HAD BEFORE HE STARTED. WE GAVE HIM THOUSANDS AND HE REFUSES TO ANSWER PHONE CALLS. WE STILL HAVE A ROOF THAT NEEDS PROPER REPAIR.

We started the process via phone and email. Thne we set an appointment to finalize the plan and sign the contract. They were timely in coming to this appointment. They laid out the process of change orders should there be additional required services. Once we had agreed on everything, they completed everything that was in the contract. We requested two change orders that were handled. The project ran a little longer than anticipated when they had a problem with their quartz counter top supplier. This would be my only negative. They did untilmately solve the problem but we were not aware of it until two weeks had passed. I would have preferred to be informed on why things were delayed. Everyone in the company is friendly and courteous. They have a plan and follow it - and you can't ask more than that! The kitchen is beautiful!!!

Let me begin by saying that Orosco's Flooring Design & Renovations exceeded our expectations in every regard. Julian and his crew were professional and absolutely polite at all times. Here's a brief overview of some of the work we had done: -Total kitchen renovation. Replaced all cabinets, countertops and removed two walls. -Removed laminate flooring and replaced with vinyl planking. -Installed crown molding and new baseboards to match. -Added a wall and removed two walls. Made extensive drywall repairs on walls and ceiling. -Textured and blended walls and ceilings. Paint throughout. -Re-purposed old kitchen cabinets and countertop with sink into the laundry room. -Installed lighting fixtures and moved electrical outlets and switches as required. -Installed sinks and plumbing. We were impressed by Julian's understanding of our 55+ community rules and regulations. They cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and were offsite by dinnertime each day. For those of you in a 55+ community this is a big deal and really minimized the impact upon our neighbors. This was a six week project which was completed on time, on budget and met or exceeded our expectation for quality and workmanship.
