"This is the second time i have used their services to remodel. In 2015 I bought a 2nd story condo in Orlando. I hired Geoff and his team to remodel it for me while i went back to Arizona to sell my house. I was so pleased with what they accomplished, i hired them again in 2021 when i moved into my Kissimmee 3/2 house. I was pleased with their innovative ideas, work ethic and their ability to listen to MY REQUESTS. It, however, took more time to complete because there were some setbacks during "COVID time" (getting supplies, parts, and laborers). The crew were all professional, caring, respectable, responsible and trustworthy individuals."

"We explained what we wanted, they drew plans up with a some suggestions that we agreed with and incorporated into our kitchen remodel. Very pleased with the remodel and would hire again for other projects"

"It went very well. Isaac explained the process in detail from start to finish. The rates were reasonable and the quality of work was high. Would highly recommend this team for any remodeling jobs."

"This is my first time doing a remodel and they were able to help me every step of the way. My bathroom looks amazing. I am so happy I decided to go with kitchen collections. Jennifer and Stephen were awesome to work with. Thank you all."

"I had Steve and Co do a complete kitchen remodel and also replaced the windows on about 2/3 of my house. The work was done well and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a remodel job."

"The entire process was very easy from start to finish. I had 2 tubs resurfaced and they looked brand new when completed."

"Holy cow are these guys amazing! The amount of polish and attention to detail that they put into every project is incredible. They don't just get the job done right, they keep going and get it to look like brand new construction, with every single angle looking perfect. They were fairly priced, communicative, punctual, tidy, friendly, professional, and organized. The owner and head honcho Chad is a master carpenter and problem solver that treats your home like his, and his near-obsession with perfection and correct execution is infectious. I had no idea a repair job could look so good afterwards. They use only the highest quality materials. In fact, I imagine Chad is the kind of top-of-his-game professional that attends home remodeling trade shows and conventions to keep up with emerging materials and technologies that push the boundaries of what's possible in home building and repair. He's educated and knowledgable about his craft and it shows in everything he executes. I've dealt with dozens of repairmen in the past but Chad and his team are the ones I've observed that actually seem, well, passionate about getting it done right, making it look professional, and educating you on the process and materials. This passion for the craft and joy that they bring to the job site is truly one of a kind. Chad is the kind of pro that the This Old House crew would trust to feature on an episode where some big nasty problem needs real outside the box cleverness and intelligence and cutting edge tech or tool to get the job done correctly and fully. And if he can't figure it out you know he's going to research the **** out of it and get the job done - the man and his crew are careful, meticulous problem solvers and skilled craftsmen who are always thinking five steps ahead. Like I said, they don't merely know what they're doing - they really like what they're doing and it shines through. The level of quality work and detail they do would easily meet the obnoxiously high standards of our local Disney World theme parks. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Chad and his crew have worked on some theme park projects around here. Scheduling, paying, and communicating was a breeze, too, thanks to Dale. She was so kind and thoughtful and organized through the whole process, handling all of the paperwork and orchestrating the crew behind the scenes. Top to bottom this is a professional organization and their reputation for excellence is well deserved. You get every penny's worth and so much more - the peace of mind that you did not hire some knucklehead that's going to cut corners or miss something on the job site. Basically, if you are picky picky and your eyes go straight to small details out of place or blemishes, then you won't have anything to annoy your eye when they're done because after they leave the whole place feels fresh and transformed and you can relax knowing that everything was done correctly. I will be using One Of A Kind again, no hesitation"

"They did a great job converting my spa tub to a garden tub. Looks brand new! Showed up on time and delivered as promised. Cleaned up everything at the end as well."

"Quality company from the sales force to the workmanship and products. Just hired them for my second bath remodel because I know it will be a quality job at an affordable price."
