Gabe from Miracle Method saved the day after a botched repair on my tub. Looks absolutely beautiful. Very happy. Jamille and Vickie in the office were very helpful and responsive. Considering doing the garden tub and shower in the other bathroom.

It is a small company and there is not much paperwork involved, but easy to work with. Good Prices too. Installers were very careful working in a tight place.

The entire process was very easy from start to finish. I had 2 tubs resurfaced and they looked brand new when completed.

Finished product is great. Technician showed up several hours later than originally planned is my only complaint. I would still recommend them for future work.

The first day they were late by about 4 hours. I was told that the price includes a new drain cover, it didn't and the mess that was left was uncalled for. They also got over spray on the bathroom tiled wall.

Hired them to do a bathtub resurface. They were very knowledgeable and informative. Very professional in dealing with them. Finished product looks great. They explained the process and the expectations. I realized the pros and cons of resurfacing and was able to discuss these with them. Also, representative and worker were very understanding of limits and preferences due to COVID. Would be willing to hire them again.

Scheduled the work two weeks prior. The day of, double scheduled another job one day prior. They took another job before ours. This business has no integrity. We had rearranged our schedule to accommodate this appointment. We canceled the job. No work was performed.

There is not a drop down for restore tubs. The first time they came out and restored 2 tubs and 1 shower was horrible. I caught one of the guys sitting on my bed with his dirty clothes. I called the office and told them the job was horrible. It took 2 days for this. They sent out someone else in about 3 weeks to check this job. The man told us it would take 1 to 2 days to correct. He came back and hurried through the job. Parts of each tub are correct. The 2nd guy knew how to do it but was in a hurry to leave thus only small portion correct. But the tubs are not done correct. They charge a lot of money and the result is not worth it. I would not recommend them to anyone.
