Tony & George were follow up guys..Tony would always inform me what George was doing next & how that process was going to work..it was a 3 or 4 different layer job.It had to dry between each process.was really impressed as they pressure washed before even starting job!!! .George is definitely a roof designer, he figured a way to stop the water from rolling down onto the den roof by adding a little to the main roof line. They are honest & go above & beyond to make you a happy customer. Tony gives you his personal cell # & you can get him any time......love them & their work...Jan, Casselberry

Took several visits to our home to finish roofing repair. The idea was to make sure that the flat roof was secure and then put down this product called Geico that creates a waterproof seal on the membrane of the roof. After several days of working on this. We thought the job was done. Then Hurricane Irma came through and the whole roof rolled up like a piece of carpet. THEY NEVER SECURED THE ROOF BEFORE PUTTING THE GEICO ON IT. They just iced the cake and it was not tacked down to any plywood and to top it off the gutters were never taken off to do the job. They just painted that crap right over it. The gutters fell off instantly during the storm damaging our car and then the roof rolled up. Tod Rhyne himself said that no warranty would cover for hurricane HOWEVER had he made sure the membrane was securely attached to the roof as he did on ONE SECTION would have never came up.. The section he did make sure to tack down never came up, as a matter of fact, the part that wasn't secure ripped from that section he did make sure.. Which proves he failed on securing all areas of the flat roof. I am seeking legal advise as Tod as never returned my calls and I spent 2500.00 on basically NOTHING. Other contractors even stated that the Geico was applied very thin and not to the specifications the company would want. DO NOT USE THIS ROOFER. Unless you have money to throw away. He is a crook.

See the above description. We never got a receipt, work order, or warranty. We never got our $500 rebate that was promised to us. We are in our 70s and feel we were taken advantage of. According to the company, GacoFlex, which warranties their product for 50 years, they have no information that we used their product, since Rhyme Restoration never registered our name, address, store where he bought his materials, or the batch numbers with them. On a positive note, the crew that pressured washed our roof, primed it and applied the GacoFlex coating system was very professional in their work. Elderly people get scammed all the time but this was our first time to be a victim.

If you felt this way then why did you not say anything to me personally on the several times I met with you and your husband (Member name removed) . I actually worked and got you more money from the insurance company on items they missed in there report that you had no idea was not already paid for. As for your shed it is not connected to your home and wasn't part of contract between us . I'm a roofing contractor only, although I did get your insurance adjuster to pay for more siding than he originally paid for and offered help in getting a contractor to give you a bid for your siding replacement in which his bid was more than insurance paid ! My company done everything possible to keep your cost down, you called me yourself to tell me how happy you were with the gaco coating and how it saved you over $ 120 in your electric bill for the month... unfortunately my guys threw away the gaco buckets so I could not register your roof with gaco western , but I will honor their warranty myself and warranty your roof for as long as you own your home. We had mentioned to you that the state offered upto $500 rebates for cool roof systems not Gaco Western ! Just so it's clear to all reading this, you received a big discount on your roof because you were senior citizens and all I ever did was try and help you folks . By no means did anyone from my company take advantage of you or scam you in any way . It's unfortunate that you never discussed any of this stuff that you wrote in this complaint with me, as a matter of fact after you had already written this complaint you and your husband both called me to give you a coating price for your rental home ! I am willing to resolve your complaint by doing whatever I can to make you happy ! Please [Member Name Removed] remember one thing before you make a complaint on anyone , is that most companies work very hard to keep a good name for their business and when you have an issue with a contractor give that person an opportunity to resolve your issues before writing a complaint on them for the world to see ! I am so glad I did my research and found the best of the best! Top-notch service and quality. Very professional and knowledgeable. Communication was outstanding and it was all done in one day! The yard was left pristine. The project manager "Chris Keen" stayed on the job the entire time supervising his crew and making sure everything was perfect. Because I had to work, Chris sent photos and text me the entire time to keep me updated. I strongly recommend them and would only use them in the future. Fantastic job Chris! We are beyond satisfied and absolutely love our new roof! Thank you!!! A+++
