"I requested an estimate to replace an opener for one door and add a sliding lock to the second. Ben B, the technician, diagnosed the problem and prescribed a much cheaper option to repair my opener. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out.
