Called Mr. Yanes due to above normal humidity in the house when running the A/C.  Originally thought moisture exiting from vents was due water collecting in the air handler pan.  Mr. Yanes confirmed that the pan was draining properly and it was clean.
This gentleman (and he truly is) was always prompt since he came to the house on more than one occasion and worked diligently to identify and resolve air leaks that were pulling hot humid air through crevices in the metal ductwork and vent gaps, and into the house.
 Very satisfied with his work.

My a/c wasn't working - we just moved into a home that had been vacant for almost 2 years.  I received quotes to fix the problem close to $3,000.00 and doesn't include labor (it was the motor to our a/c, HOME DEPOT was one of the quotes we received.  I called Mr. Llanes, and he sent Wally.  They came as expected and cleaned the coils and replaced the motor for 1/3 of what home depot and the other guys were quoting me.   3 weeks later,  the heater wasn't working and I called Llanes again and Wally came to service the unit on the same day and problem was fixed.  I would highly recommend these guys over and over again!

He came the same day to check things out the same day we called but the inside unit was frozen. He told us to turn the unit off except for the fan for a few hours.
He could not service the outside unit until the weather improved. It was raining for several days.
On the date of service mentioned above, he came when he was called and performed the above mentioned services.
Since the date of service we have not had any problems with the unit.

Simply unprofessional.  The timeline:
Friday, 9/13:
4:31pm: I called.  He answered, was cordial, and said he would call in the morning to tell us what time he could come Saturday to see the washer.  He quoted $40.
Saturday, 9/14: 
9:55am: We had not yet heard from him, so my wife called at this time to see what time he would be coming.  He answered the call and said he would here sometime between 11:30am & Noon.  
2:17pm:  We never heard back from him.  I called and left a message.
2:19pm:  He called back.  I had missed the call.  He did not leave a message.
2:24pm:  I called him.  He did not answer.  
3:05pm:  I tried calling him again.  He did not answer.

They were professional, courteous, and friendly. Arrived when they said they would, explained exactly what was wrong, and kept me informed throughout. Tried replacing an inexpensive part first, at no extra cost, to see whether that would fix the problem. Only when that failed did they do the more expensive repair. They could have told me from the start that the expensive repair was needed, and I would have had no way of knowing differently. This makes me feel that I can trust them to do only required repairs, and not pad the job with unnecessary work. Update: I have since tried using them for refrigerator repair which they say they do. One time they came and said they needed to come back but didn't, another time said they would come but after repeated calls, didn't. I don't know what happened since I used them last.
