We had a spillover wall in our pool that had cracked glass blocks and Stand Out Pools came to our rescue! They took out the glass blocks and widened the spillover while they were at it and it looks great! The crew was awesome and worked very hard while being very respectful of the property and surroundings. I would highly recommend Stand Out Pools due to their promptness, professionalism, quality and value!

Derek and his crew came in to do remove our old and cracking pool & spa surfaces. They also replaced our old tiles lining the top of the pool and spa. On top of that, they replaced our old connections and valves. We opted for new LED lighting and it looks spectacular at night versus the old lighting. They transformed our old pool into a beautiful looking new pool. Since then we have hired them to do the weekly maintenance, and our water is as clean and sparkling as ever.

Over the years I have used many pool companies to maintain my pool. Stand Out Pools is by far the best. Brady is our tech - he shows up every single week (unless arranged in advance) and we have never had a single problem with the color and clarity of our water. He definitely knows what he is doing and takes excellent care of our pool. In addition, Derek has always fixed any mechanical problems in a very timely manner. I have had nothing, but problems with Stand Out Pools. I had a woman tech that would curse and scream on her phone near my bedroom window every Tuesday as I slept and she did not clean my pool properly. She did not clean my pool filter for 3 months causing me to get another one. The other tech forgot to turn off the valve on my equipment causing the water to drain my pool almost empty and creating a huge water bill for me to pay. Chlorine tablets were never put in the chlorinator. Dirt and leaves were left in my pool. Their communication is terrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I would never rehire them ever. Consumers: word of advice do not hire this company unless you want major problems as I had. They are not good. Save yourself the aggravation. I have a new company now and they are awesome. I gave Stand Out Pools numerous chances to stop screwing up and do the job right and they did not. They're terrible.

Reliable service and they clean my swimming pool as I need it to be cleaned.

They did a pump repair and they scheduled someone right away, if I didn' t mind early. So I said ok and they were there the next morning

Simply a straight forward, quality business. They have been cleaning my pool for about 6 months now and the replaced a pool pump motor. My neighbors who are home during the day say they are thorough and always do the job. I have had pool companies in the past that are in and out in 2-3 minutes because they know we are at work.

The technicians really are excellent. They diagnosed our pool stain problem and effectively cleaned it up. Wonderful! Their experience and knowledge make them terrific pool problem solvers.

Derek and Tyler were asked to power wash my roof and the outside of my home. Because they did such good work, I then asked them to clean my lanai and power wash the cage. I have asked them to return next week and clean out the gutters and if possible replace some torn screening. They did really professional work and I would hire them any time.

I needed someone to clean up my parents pool that wasn t maintained for quite sometime. I called the company and met with Derek when I was in town for a few hours. He was very accommodating and met me there. He had excellent customer service skills and was very knowledgeable. I hired him on the spot. I just got pictures from my parents of the pool. I still don t know Mr.Derek personally, but I can recognize a profetional when I speak to him. My pool was turning green. I spoke with MR. Dereck and I felt as he know me already he was real concern and he show in my front door house the very next day in the morning. The pool is looking SPECTACULAR. Thank you Mr.Derek!!!!
