"It is unfortunate that I have to write this review. I like them personally but I agree with the review system because I rely on it when making a decision to hire someone. I hired Grossmann to provide maintenance and a few one off projects. One was the balance of air for our 5000 sf financial planning and CPA firm. Some offices were hot and others were cold. The solution was to add returns and supplies to some of the offices. They did part of the job, which I paid for in full before the ink was dry on the invoice which is my practice. The rest of the job was on delay because of supplies. That part, to be fair was not billed or paid for. Soon after completion of the first part it became clear that one of the small offices already done was freezing and the larger one was still hot. After many phone calls they finally came out to inspect the work they did, and that was paid for and it was clear to all that a mistake was made where they placed 2 supplies in a small office, freezing my office manager who now works in a sweat shirt. That second supply was supposed to be placed in the larger office where I am hot and do not have the option to close my office door during sensitive client meetings. I have been calling and leaving messages, emails and have been completely ignored. After at least 2 months I finally spoke to someone who said Chad, the owner will come out himself. Never happened. I will fire them and hire a new AC company to finish the work. That is not an issue. But if my new company needs to repair what I have already paid for I will have to somehow seek reimbursement from them, which I doubt will happen without small claims court. - Steve, Investment Planning Group 772 233 4315"

"Paid $660 for Honest Air in Palm City to clear my A/C drain. A week later it was clogged again. When I called back, they said because I didn?t buy their $1,500 package which included upsell services, I?d have to pay another diagnostic fee of $126 for them to come back. The only thing they?ve been HONEST about is not taking responsibility for poor service unless you pay for every upsell they push at the time of service. They heavily promote their memberships, which makes sense?without one, you?ll likely end up paying again when their first ?fix? fails. I?ll be sure to mention to my HOA to stop recommending this smoke-and-mirror company. "
