The company was professional and it was easy to deal with them.  The technician was professional and courteous.  He performed the work efficiently.

First contact for annual a/c service was great- I left an evening message, AirPlus called in the morning, arranged appt same day, arrived on time, completed thorough service of 2 a/c units for $130.
A few days later we noticed the main a/c unit was not cooling.  Called AirPlus, they arrived in about an hour, found that a lizard had crawled into unit and shorted out the capacitor.  $47 for the capacitor replacement and both units have been running flawlessly since (it is now March 2016).

They were the 3rd company I quoted. Not only were they cheaper, but were NOT salesman like the others. I knew immediately that they were the company I wanted to use. On install day the installers were punctual, professional and shared every detail with me. I am VERY happy with my purchase, and would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!!

Technician called while on route and arrived promptly -- actually earlier than planned!  Dario was very professional and diagnosed the AC problem very quickly.  I was not surprised that it was time to replace the 2002 unit.   I was presented with several options to address the issue.  I did not feel pressured to purchase anything unreasonable or extraordinary.  I plan to contract them to replace our old units, and was advised that if did so soon, the service call and freon would be deducted from the future invoice.  I also did not find the estimate for the new units to be unreasonable.  I will follow up after the next phase....

Carl came out first to clear our lines and explained that rust was flaking off the coils and clogging the drain line. We asked for a quote for a new unit as this one was clearly on its last legs. The quote was very reasonable and the installation procedures were thoroughly explained. He also offered to put another air duct in our bedroom as it should have had two during initial construction and it was always hotter than the rest of the house.
We decided to go ahead with the new AC and scheduled it for a couple weeks out when we knew someone could be home. In between that time, our AC stopped cooling on a Sunday as the coils froze up. We called AirPlus and they explained how we could get it back online over the phone saving us a service call. This helped but a few days later it went out again and would not come back on. Carl then came back out- at no charge- and got the AC working and moved up the installation date.
On installation day the two men who came to install the AC were very polite and competent. Carl showed up just a little later and told me that he had went over all the details with them and that I could call him if there were any issues. The installation went smoothly and was very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. The new AC cooled this 3030 sqft house from 86° to 75° in no time at all, my bedroom is now one of the coolest rooms in the house, and the new unit itself is incredibly quiet both inside and out. 
Outstanding customer service and performance! We would highly recommend them and will use them again when the unit needs servicing.

Down here, it is especially important to find a reliable, reasonable, air conditioning repair company that doesn't try to rip you off when you're at their mercy in the Florida heat. Scott and his assistant Dennis have helped us out before, but yesterday I called them because our A/C system was freezing up. Well, it turns out it was our own fault for not having the proper filter in and for not changing it often enough. Even though it was our fault and Dennis spent about 45 minutes at the house ruling out other possible problems, we weren't charged for the service call, nor would he even accept a tip from me! It's rare that you find a someone that cares so much about his customers and is willing to go that extra mile. I am 100% confidant in recommending Scott, Dennis, and Air Plus. They're not only knowledgeable, but caring as well.
