"Contacted TrueBlue on Saturday due to help with a shower knob replacement where the screw seemed to be a bit stripped - probably from previous owner. I couldn't unscrew it with any of my phillips-head screwdriver so tried to enlist some help. TrueBlue offered to have a tech come out and give an estimate the next day, Sunday. Despite being a weekend and just a few days after the hurricane, they showed up early and actually fixed my issue then and there in less than 10 minutes. Didn't charge anything although I was willing to pay. Giving 5 stars due to great communication, friendly and considerate technician, and prompt service. Would do business again, especially since the first "pro" who called me 1 minute after I listed the project did a no-show after we set a mutually agreeable time for an appointment on the same day."

"Ken the SWINDLER,troubleshooted my unit&quoted me $1,200 flat.Less than 24hrs before the job,he tried to jack up the price.He made an existing hairline crack in my drip pan worse,causing water to leak all on my floor,then refused to take responsibility.His excuse: “It was already cracked.” He wanted to charge me for the damage HE caused.He discovered my parts were under warranty(including the drip pan)he then “owned up” to replacing it,acting like he was a hero.He brought me the incorrect fan relay,he left to switch it out.Disappeared for 2hrs,calls and lies about the place being closed when he left the incorrect fan relay at my house.Was promised a hard start kit for free if my breaker tripped.It tripped twice.Instead of honoring his word,he tried to push me off to an electrician&told me to start saving $8,000 for a brandnew system on a unit thats 3.5yrs old.He denied ever making the offer,admitted it later then ghosted me.Stay away unless you want A BREATHE OF FRESH PROBLEMS."

"After being lied to by other companies with missed install dates and mid quoting equipment sizes etc etc. Typical bait and up charge switch for my 8000sq downtown orlando machine shop. Care n Comfort not only delivered the correct machines. Performed what I cal only say was in awesome installation but when it came time to pay them - the bill was LESS then he quoted ! Outstanding - I would call no one else"

"well, let me say first I was looking for just to maintain my current A/C unit which was super old. So I googled and saw and picked AC Guru, called and talked with joe (the man) and we talked for a while so he could put me in for schedule and put me in between other schedules he already had. rain, (one of his guys) came out and did everything he could, took everything apart and cleaned inside and out, but had to add Freon (expensive), he call up his guys for some answers and waited there until he knew that it was everything he could do. then after a day the house was crazy hot, my unit died. Called AC Guru and they sent Kramer (there other guy) came out and did a leak check and said it was the unit leaking and proved it. so after everything he could do. weather we were going to use him or not he was going to go back to the shop and for the mean time put in a window unit so at least an area would be cool until we get a new unit from whomever we chose. until then joe sent out Kramer the next day to put the new outdoor unit in until the new gas furnace was delivered. awesome company!! this was amazing, they went out and beyond what they needed to do and make us feel like humans. of course I decided to go with AC Guru. they came out put in the new furnace and outdoor unit in one day. all this was done within one week and they are super busy, but they worked around to get us cool and made sure we were good to go. there like family and they all treated us like family. of course I will only use this company for all my AC needs, so fair in price and took the old unit and cleaned up after themselves and there so professional... you guys are family... thank you AC GURU....
