Tibbitt's went above and beyond. I brought my KIA Sorento in to get it repaired. They checked it out, talked to a KIA dealership and found out it was still under warranty. They didn't charge me anything for diagnosis even after they wasted their own time and money driving me to my husband's truck while they were doing the diagnosis. They were extremely honest and knowledgable and could have easily just taken the job instead of admitting the part was still under warranty through my dealership. I have heard great things about them from other people as well and the next time my car has an issue I will be bringing it straight in to their shop.

Whether it be by appointment or by stopping with an emergency need. Robert has always taken care of me. Estimates of both time and cost were spot on. He is profressional, courteous and a good communicator. Tibbitts, in general, and Robert, in particular: the best.

I've been using Tibbits as my primary auto service firm since moving here in 2009. They are one of those rare remaining companies that you can still have a relationship with - and I honestly don't want anyone else touching my cars unless I have no choice and need a trivial service (like an oil change) done right away. Robert is the head of service and is a mechanic himself, with terrific experience behind him. The guys on the shop floor, without exception, are all top notch. I've sent friends to Tibbitt's and also have other friends who are regulars there, and we all have been quite content.
The only bad thing to say is that since the University Blvd location closed, sometimes things get tight at the Alafaya complex - there are a lot of outdoor bays which don't help much in the heat of summer or in a downpour. While they can handle the full customer load most days and hours, I'm really hoping they can expand that sometime soon and be better able to handle the surges in bad weather, too.
