"Ken the SWINDLER,troubleshooted my unit"ed me $1,200 flat.Less than 24hrs before the job,he tried to jack up the price.He made an existing hairline crack in my drip pan worse,causing water to leak all on my floor,then refused to take responsibility.His excuse: “It was already cracked.” He wanted to charge me for the damage HE caused.He discovered my parts were under warranty(including the drip pan)he then “owned up” to replacing it,acting like he was a hero.He brought me the incorrect fan relay,he left to switch it out.Disappeared for 2hrs,calls and lies about the place being closed when he left the incorrect fan relay at my house.Was promised a hard start kit for free if my breaker tripped.It tripped twice.Instead of honoring his word,he tried to push me off to an electrician&told me to start saving $8,000 for a brandnew system on a unit thats 3.5yrs old.He denied ever making the offer,admitted it later then ghosted me.Stay away unless you want A BREATHE OF FRESH PROBLEMS."

"Josh B and Anthony arrived to do annual maintenance on our AC unit. We were not at our home at the time. After about 30 minutes they called and said we needed additional maintenance on the unit, including: - IN-PLACE EVAPORATOR COIL CLEANING - GOLD - BLOWER WHEEL AND HOUSING PULL & CLEAN - GOLD They quoted me $1275.00 for the additional service. I agreed and they finished all the work in about 1 hour. The prices seemed high, but I'm not an AC expert. I emailed Our Place and asked for a detailed written breakdown of the costs for the services. They never responded. I also shared with them what I found from checking with an AI chatbot about the costs: "A $727 cost for the AC blower wheel and housing pull and clean in Orlando seems high compared to the typical range of $250?$400 (standard) or $400?$600 (challenging). It might be reasonable with extended labor, difficult access, or added services, but it?s above market norms." I'm not sure I'm getting the best value from Our Place."
