"I recommend this company because of their professionalism and reliability. My AC went out and I have a 15 month old so the AC needed to be fixed. I just bought the house in December 2020 and was told that the AC is an old unit so eventually went out. I had three estimates and two no-shows in the course of a week. Coast to coast were the first to come out on Monday and Friday I had a contract with them. Their estimate was lower than the other three for the same product. They even offered me a portable AC since I had no AC and had a baby in the house. Unfortunately they had no Portable AC but they said instead of two weeks to put your AC in how about this Thursday. That was great. So on Thursday morning at 8:30 Tony started to install my AC. It took them almost 12 hours and everything was installed. Coast to coast is professional,reliable,affordable, dependable, and take pride in their work."

Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! The unit was installed in under 4 hours and my house began cooling instantly. WHAT a difference this unit makes and we are super impressed with how quite it is. We are THRILLED!
