Julio took up the entire floor by himself, and reinstalled the LVP in just a couple of hours. Also, JMA recently installed hardwood flooring throughout our home. Julio and his team arrived promptly at 8am and left at 6pm each day. The team wore their mask at all times while working, and cleaned up each day. "They needed to raise the shower floor, so time is needed for it to cure. There seems to be a difference between what was discussed, and what the installer explained. We were told that this company was certified in mold remediation, and that is included in the quote. Installer acted surprised when I mentioned that and also other details that were discussed with our sales rep Dustin. Without the modifications discussed with our sales rep, the shower door that was delivered will certainly not fit. Feeling nervous about the outcome of this job."
