"Peter from Coast to Coast H&Air installed a new Carrier Heating and cooling unit in my home last spring. It has worked flawlessly and so far my electric bills have gone down because of it. Today was the first of two scheduled maintenance appointments (no charge) for them to come out and see how the new unit has been working. The technician (JOE), performed many different tests and spent a good hour cleaning the coils as well. He showed me different things about the unit that I was completely unaware which may help me in a pinch. Joe was not only very knowledgeable and efficient at what he was doing, he was very personable while doing his job which instilled my confidence in him.
