He basically went from top to bottom and took photos of the issues he found along the way. he provided various levels of estimates for my budget and explained my system to me as no other company had bothered to do. "Very impressed with the professionalism. Communication was excellent. I knew when he would arrive I was given a complete explanation of the service required to get my unit cooling again. Pictures were provided of the coils so that I could see the need for cleaning. I was shown the coils before and after they were cleaned. He documented everything and gave either picture or visual proof of what was done. I felt the price was fair.
