"The work done was completed to my satisfaction. Leo arrived early, assessed the unit, and was open to discussing additional options such as the air duct cleaning and sanitizing. I received a quote that day and scheduled the work to be done the following day. All employees were professional, including those I spoke to on the phone (Daniel and Eda). I forget the names of the men who installed the AC unit (forgive me), but your work was phenomenal. Santiago and the other gentleman that came to do the air duct cleaning and sanitizing were very cordial and respectful. All workers cleaned up after themselves.
