"Mr. Miller and his associate arrived at my home as scheduled and started working immediately. I had roof's soft washed, entire house pressure washed, front lanai and driveway and sidewalk pressure washed, back lanai pressure washed, pool frame and screens cleaned. The back lanai was pretty bad with mold all over pavers and pool cage and screen had never been cleaned. Who knew a screen could hold so much dirt! Mr. Miller and his associate did an excellent job with everything. I have recommended their services to neighbors and friends. Mr. Miller also gave me coupons to give when making referrals that would give potential clients a discount. I thought this was very nice. I will be contacting Mr. Miller again when it is time to pressure wash again."

"Reasonable rate. Friendly. Great service."

"They did a great job, and it was definitely worth the money. My house looks brand new now. Thank you!"

"They were quick and courteous to respond to my inquiry. They showed up in a timely manner. They provided a better quote for the same job then their competitors. They did a great job fixing and sealing broken tile on the roof, pressure washing the roof and the driveway. Will use them again in the future."

"When he arrived, he said he did not know I wanted the gutters cleaned also. Later he did remember our conversation. On the lanai, he used a disc power washing devise that did not get into crevices and edges. There are areas that were missed, like when you miss patches with lawn mower. He did not spray off the debris left behind. I had to spray off the entire lanai to get all the dirt and debris out. I usually power wash my lanai but my power washer had no water pressure so I hired Fish;s. I know just how clean the lanai can be and he did not come close to what I do when I do the job using just the sprayer. It would have been cheaper for me to buy a knew power washer and then do the job thoroughly. I let him know that I was unhappy but he offered no remedy. At the end of the following day, the deck looked better and missed areas not so obvious. Glad I hosed it off. The driveway and walk were well done."

"Zach gave me an estimate on Monday and completed the job of pressure cleaning my roof, driveway, patio and dock on Tuesday for the agreed upon price. Everything looks great. We would highly recommend Exotic Detailing and Pressure Washing and will gladly hire them again."
