"Art and his team did a wonderful job. Any time I have work done like this I am very nervous. Art has a calming spirit which was helpful to me. They showed up on time and were very respectful. When communication was needed Art was responsive very accommodating. They could improve their neatness by not dripping paint which was a bit of an issue. But overall they did a thorough job."

"David and his crew performed a meticulous prep of my 3000+ home, from top to bottom, prior to the exterior painting. David’s attention to detail is exceptional, and he is a true perfectionist. My home now looks bright and clean and is a shining example of David’s painting expertise. I would certainly recommend FloPro for any future painting needs."

"Sam came and gave a very reasonable proposal on painting my driveway /walkway. Arrived at 8:30 on Saturday and spent all day power washing and applying 2 coats of paint. Sam and Diego did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional ?"

"Jose was very professional. His pricing was reasonable and he was very meticulous in the job that he did. He painted interior walls that were 14 feet high, accent walls where he matched the paint lines beautifully, and painted the baseboards in several rooms. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Jose. I will use Lozano again when I have more jobs to do."

"This was a wonderful experience from the first phone call, to the last minutes they were here. The advice on color choices was right on. Their time was focused and it took just as long as they said it would. They cleaned up every day and made our living time in our home still possible. I would hire them again, except I don't have anything that needs painting now. Thanks, Raphael Painting."

"They did a great job fixing and painting my doors. The trim around was done perfectly with no sloppy line work. The doors were a dark color and were slightly damaged from worn out marks and scratches. They were able to make them look almost brand new to the eye."

Painting questions, answered by experts

Acrylic latex paint is the best option to use on your outdoor wrought iron fence, because it holds up well against the elements. Use a high-quality, exterior-grade paint specifically designed for use on metal. You can choose between spray paint or regular liquid paint. As for primer, it's best to use an oil-based and rust inhibiting option before painting your wrought iron fence.

A five-gallon bucket of deck stain will cover roughly 875 square feet in a single coat. Actual coverage will vary based on the type of wood you’re staining and the number of coats. If you plan on doing multiple coats, multiply the square footage by the number of coats to calculate how many buckets of stain you’ll need.

DIY is possible but presents risks of uneven surfaces or improper adhesion; professionals offer expertise to ensure a lasting finish.

A dry lawn is easier to edge than a wet one. When your ground is wet, your blades will likely clump together, making a seemingly even cut while wet, but an uneven disaster when dried. Also, a wet lawn can impact your blade's performance and cause mud to kick up, resulting in a messy finish.

Yes, you can limewash surfaces other than brick. Plaster, stone, stucco, and concrete can all also be limewashed. Any porous surface that will absorb the wash is a good candidate for limewash, although it won’t help much with waterproofing. If you choose to limewash over paint, you’ll need to prep before applying it to avoid a powdery, chalky finish. Shiny surfaces like metal or glass can’t absorb limewash, so it’s not suited for these.
