His price was fair for cleaningand sealing my pavers, and cleaning my pool cage. He explained everything he was going to do, including the product used to seal the pavers. He was punctual and completed the job in a timely manner. Everything looks great.

MADISON SOFT WASHED MY ROOF BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT MACHINES OR WALKING ON MY TILE ROOF. HE ALSO AS AN ASIDE, CLEANED MY GUTTERS, DOWNSPOUTS AND FACIA. WAS CAREFUL TO PROTECT ALL MY PLANTS AND BUSHES. THE WORK LOOKS GREAT. HE WAS VERY GOOD TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND A GENTLEMAN.

He was polite, confidant that he could do the job we required, offered us a free estimate - which was done when promised - and delivered his service at that price. There was some extra work that was required. Mr. Sharpe advised us what needed to be done, offered do do it at a very fair price, and completed the job to our absolute satisfaction.
