"Sliding doors. The sliders out to our lanai are used probably 50 times a day and they are the original doors (1995) - the rollers & track were worn out!! We had Complete Sliding Doors & Windows (844-526-6753) come out this morning (Cory Cameron was the technician). He was very courteous and on time. He called 1/2 hour prior to arriving, he replaced the rollers & track with heavy duty stainless steel parts and was gone within 1/2 hour!!! I highly recommend this service - now we have doors that slide easily and are quiet and a 3 year warranty!! JUST LIKE NEW!!!

"Our living room has 16' ceilings, so they had to use scaffolding on our tile floors. The work needed the work to be completed in 3 weeks (company coming), and to complicate things even further, Hurricane Matthew sent wind/rain bands our way making the outside project even more challenging, but the guys managed through it! The Regional Manager walked through the job weekly to ensure everything was going as expected, and to make sure the guys had everything they needed. The crew arrived promptly, and left the work areas swept and organized at the end of the day. They went over and beyond what was expected, along with being courteous and patient while we moved around the house.... To summarize, our home looks amazing, inside and out. "I can’ speak highly enough of this company. Words that come to mind are prompt, friendly, professional, inexpensive, and trustworthy. I had a front porch screen that was torn. When I called, Mindy explained their pricing and offered an estimate over the phone, it was a great price, so we set a date for the work to be done. The day they were scheduled, not only were they prompt but called to see if they could come early. I explained that I was away from the house. No problem the screens are on the outside of the house! I asked them to look at the rest of the screens around the house and let me know if any others needed replacing. I was expecting to hear every screen in the house needed to be replaced. But to my surprise they only found one that needed to be replaced, and that is one I knew needed to be replaced but forgot about when I called before. I was able to get home an hour after their call to come early, they only way I could tell they had been to my house was because all the screens had been repaired. I will be using them from here on. These folks not only meet expectations, they exceed them.

"Had a very good experience from scheduling for estimate to finish. Michael came out (at the scheduled time) to do measurements and provide pricing. Was very forthcoming and pleasant to work with. Answered all our questions. After we agreed to proceed, another gentleman came out to take very exact measurements for the construction of the windows and patio door. It took a while to get the windows built but. Michael and others at Affordable Windows were very good at answering any questions I had and they responded quickly. I never felt like I was just another job in the pipeline. When they (Paulus) came out to do the installation, there were many people working at various jobs from tear out to prep to install. One guy worked solely on the patio door. They were there several hours and I could tell they were very professional and good at their jobs. When they left, they explained how the windows and patio door functioned. They tested each one to ensure they worked properly. Even more importantly, they left the areas clean. They picked up all the old windows as well as all the bits and pieces inherent in such a job. Had one small issue and they responded quickly. The whole Affordable Windows organization appears to me to communicate well within their various depts and also have been quick and pleasant to work with. It's been a year, and my wife and I are still very pleased with our windows and have recommended Affordable Windows to several of our neighbors. BTW, the neighbors are very impressed with how smoothly our new patio door slides considering how heavy it is. The sound reduction and IR protection provided by the new windows is great.
