She spends time with me on the phone, as though I was their only customer. From my first contact with her, I really felt gathered into the Sweetwater Pool family.  That's the reason I left my former pool maintenance company - they did not communicate with me, even when I had a problem and asked them to call me.  They flat out didn't.  Clearly, my business didn't matter to them. But Denise, from the first time I called, made me feel welcomed and valued.  She's a true asset to the company.  I think if she were to communicate with me less (and I only call about every 6 months or so), I would change companies.
