MillerTime Pressure Washing

Called them Sunday, they got back to me with a quote in 30 minutes, the crew came out Monday, they were done in 3 hours. Great job, reasonable price!

It was fantastic! The lanai floor was extremely dirty after the summer. When he was finished, the floor looked like it was brand new. I can't believe how good it looks. I am very happy!

Contacted Mr. Miller after reading reviews on Angies List. He responded quickly and looked at our home on line and gave a quote over the phone. His crew arrived promptly as quoted and advised what they were going to do.They proceeded to do the job and eveything was done and looks great. I recommend them for all your pressure cleaning needs.

Contacted them yesterday via Annie's List. Responded within an hour with a quote and was able to do the work today. Arrived promptly, took great care to protect our shrubs, and completed the cleaning of our tile roof in about 2 1/2 hours without going into the roof. Roof looks great.

I am waiting for someone to call me back to get scheduled. Calling someone else this week if I don't hear back from them. This was a referral.

Able to give me estimate over phone. Was accommodating when I needed to reschedule. Called when he was running late. Did a great job cleaning a very dirty and moldy lanai and pool cage. Looks so much better. Big difference and will hire again.

Very professional. Arrived on time. I liked that he did not go on my roof. He uses a spray that dissolves the mold. I also had him clean my driveway pavers and cement sidewalk. Everything looked great when he finished. He was very careful to wash off any of the spray that went on my shrubs.

Mr. Miller and his associate arrived at my home as scheduled and started working immediately. I had roof's soft washed, entire house pressure washed, front lanai and driveway and sidewalk pressure washed, back lanai pressure washed, pool frame and screens cleaned. The back lanai was pretty bad with mold all over pavers and pool cage and screen had never been cleaned. Who knew a screen could hold so much dirt! Mr. Miller and his associate did an excellent job with everything. I have recommended their services to neighbors and friends. Mr. Miller also gave me coupons to give when making referrals that would give potential clients a discount. I thought this was very nice. I will be contacting Mr. Miller again when it is time to pressure wash again.

Mr. Miller and his employee showed up right on time. His employee set up all their equipment while I did a walk through with Mr. Miller to show him exactly what I needed done. They immediately got started with the work and finished everything including clean up in 2.5 hours. After they were finished Mr. Miller did a walk through with me again to make sure I was satisfied with the job they had done. Everything looked so clean. I will be recommending their services to all my friends and neighbors who need any pressure cleaning done.

To say that my roof was dirty is an understatement.  It was almost black, and the tiles are terra cotta.  I've used MillerTime in the past, and they gave me a discount for being a return customer.  I remember how well things went last time, so I decided to use them again.  I got home and my roof looks brand new!  They went above and beyond and even cleaned things that weren't asked for.  My roof is older, and I don't like to have workers up there breaking tiles.  MillerTime doesn't get up on the roof, but it looks like they scrubbed each tile individually.  They also deep cleaned the soffits to make them look brand new as well. I am extremely satisfied with the service MillerTime provided, and will tell all the neighbors about them.

Service was exceptional, prompt, and reasonable. Mr. Miller was very professional, and I will be utilizing his services again.
