During the installation of a termite tarp, they damaged my roof tiles and showed no accountability. When I brought it up, they dismissively claimed it was ?normal? for tiles to break and made it clear they had no intention of taking responsibility. They were rude and unapologetic, even pointing to a legal disclaimer in their paperwork, essentially saying the damage was my problem. Because of their negligence, I now need to replace my roof. This company is more interested in protecting themselves and taking your money than actually caring for your property. Be very cautious before hiring them."
