"The above negative review from this repair only Customer is not factual. The truth about what happened is this Customer purchased a pool pump from us in October of last year. They called in January of this year stating the motor was loud. We told them that the motor has a one year warranty and that we would send out the warranty company to take a look at it so then there would be NO cost to the Customer. The Customer did not want to work through the warranty company for a reason we don't know so that is when we instructed them if we were to come out there would be a charge and that they should just let the warranty company fix at no cost. Well instead the Husband decided he was going to fix it (as stated by there email ) and then by him doing so caused a separation of the PVC causing the leak. They once again called us to tell us that they worked on the pump by themselves and now there was a leak. We once again informed them that if they would have just called the warranty company that all would have been fixed at no cost. But instead they were now looking for us to fix the leak that they state ( per email ) started after the Husband worked on it himself. We did instruct them that there would be a charge to fix the leak they caused. We stand up to the products we install and our office staff will go out of the way to fix things but the Manufacture wants there people fixing issues with there equipment and we follow those rules. We install probably 250 pumps per year and I can say for sure this is the only one that didn't go as it should have. Please take the time to read the other reviews that will give you a better picture of my company. We are top rated on Angies list, the BBB, and Google and we won Best Pool Service in Naples the last 2 years running and this is voted on by our Customers. It is a shame that this Customer is unhappy but we did all we could do to try to help them."

"Well as to all stories there are always two sides This was a special order pool light that we ordered for this Customer. After the light was is stock we set up an appointment for our repair Tech to go out and install it. The day of the install she called and cancelled the install because they weren't going to be home. I told her they didn't need to be since the install is done outside. Regardless they didn't want it installed that day. I set up a second day of install and we arrived at there house and they were home but told my installer that they didn't want it done that day because it was raining. I expressed to them that the rain would not make a difference on installing the in pool light fixture that it is made to get wet. They still chose to not have it installed. So now we made 2 trips to there house which is 30 minutes away and did not get to install the light. They never called to cancel the second appointment and just let us incur the cost of 2 attempted installs. So what I did that I probably shouldn't have done was to tell them that I was cancelling the order at no cost to them and would not return to install the pool light. So yes it was wrong and I am a little hot headed with impossible Customers that are new and starting off on the wrong foot.. We had not had a relationship with this customer, we did not charge them any money for any service and were out the money from the special order fixture that they had seemed to change there mind on. It would have been much better if they would have cancelled the order instead of cancelling the install after we had already went to there house. Twice."
