I called a competitor first, "Southern Roots Pool & Spa." Nicholas was curt on phone, said he had no time on a Wednesday last week, but could come Thursday or Friday. He ended up going on a Wednesday when I was NOT home, and we DID NOT have a confirmed appointment. Trespassed on property basically, and then tried to extort money out of me for paying for whatever he did on Wednesday. Held the so-called report that I never saw, as hostage, and said to pay it first even though I had no proof inspection was done, and only after I paid, then he would send report, and the gull of him to them tell me, he'd then charge me for more for unknown repairs........ Immediately called the competitor, highly recommended to me from a very good pool installer in Naples, and called up POOL LEAK RESCUE, and had a really nice lady promptly call me back and scheduled me for for following day's service. They did exactly what I asked them to do the following day, to call me before driving to my house, and called me when they were en-route to my house, within the correct time frame of the scheduled appointment 11AM to 1PM, and I was there to provide entry to them, they completed their work, both were very polite (one diver, other helper), and promptly did the inspection and repair all in the SAME VISIT, instead of the extortion method that the first guy attempted to do with me. I am so very pleased with Pool Leak Rescue LLC. CANNOT PRAISE THEM ENOUGH. 5-STAR, A+++++ The first company was a bully, who trespassed at my home without my permission, and trespassed a second time the following day. This company was a remarkable company and cannot give enough accolades for their 12 years experience diving and finding leaks, and being experts with the repairs. They dive with a tank, magnify, have all the tools they need, to complete their dive and repair all at the same time. I saved money as well, as the other guy was charging way too much just to show up unannounced, not on the appointment day, and was doing whatever he was doing behind my back around my pool No homeowner likes it when a contractor unilaterally decides to go to a property without approval, and does things to their pool and equipment, without a homeowner being there to see exactly what they are doing. I have a few business cards for Pool Leak Rescue, LLC, and will be handing them out to all my customers that have swimming pools. I'm even going to make more of the same business cards and keep them in my car when I talk to anyone that has a swimming pool with possible valve or leak issues. THEY WERE AMAZING and I REALLY APPRECIATE THEIR EXPERTISE!
