"I gave this provider an A because of the thorough job they did.  There were, however, a few hiccups along the way. 
1. The provider did not show for our first scheduled appt. I called him several times and got no response even after leaving messages both on the phone and through AL.
2. The provider pushes his monthly service prevention plan a bit too much for my liking.
Other than that, it was great.
When they came out, they pulled down all the vent covers one by one and cleaned them.  They then used a VERY NOISY machine to vacuum each ductwork artery, taking before and after pictures of a mess I KNEW I had with our newly purchased home.  They also ordered new media filters, which our two Tranes need for thorough filtration. 
They were professional and thorough and I would hire them again.

"Had service star Air & heating replace a 5 ton and 2.5 ton and two air handlers that had gone bad. Louis Ratti told me it would take his crew about 8 hours to completed the job from 9:am to 5pm. The crew got there on time and started to work right away. They were professional, courteous and proficient. There was no guessing to what they had to. They were good I say better than good. By 2:30pm they had both systems up and running and the work area clean and spotless. Not only that, I asked if they would connect my phone to both thermostat and with out hesitation they did it. "The day after we got electricity back on after Hurricane Irma we were welcomed with an air conditioner that would not cool. Prestige arrived a few hours after calling them on a busy Sunday and quickly assessed the problem. By Monday morning comfort had returned. Although I expect every A/C company to show up and say the same thing "It'll cost $9,000 and 4 weeks to fix or we can sell you a new unit." "Our A/C quit working around 4:00 PM on Monday They had a technician at my home within 2 hours. The technician, Michael, identified the problem as burned and melted wire on the compressor. He replaced the wire but the compressor was shorted internally meaning it would have to be replaced. This unit was 15 years old. There were additional problems with the air handler in the split system. Michael give me several options to repair or replace the unit. He was in constant contact with his boss to get me the best price and every possible option. I opted to replace the system and Micheal scheduled the work for the coming Thursday and completed all the paperwork that evening. He also made arrangements to get a portable unit to us until the the install was completed he personally brought a new portable unit Tuesday and set it up before leaving. The install team of Johnathan and Henri arrived Thursday on time to do the removal and install. Johnathan and Henri worked non-stop for over 12 hours to complete the project. They had to do some modifications to accommodate the new system. Both installers were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and explained everything they were doing. They installed a new compressor, air handler, and cleaned & sanitized 11 ducts. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave until they were sure that our house being cooled properly.I am very happy with the service I have received from Our Place Air and could not be happier with the performance of Johnathan, Henri and Michael. I intend to continue with them as a Platinum Club member and would not hesitate to recommend them. Great employees, excellent work ethic and they definitely treat the customer like they are important ( a rarity in business these days.) The new system works much better than the old one and again I highly recommend this company and can't say enough good about our experience with these particular employees."
