"Csaba was here right on time, and he and his assistant were very professional. We hardly knew they were here! We had a new air handler and outside unit installed, and it went perfectly. No high-pressure sales tactics, no surprises, no hidden fees. Just excellent service. I have already recommended them to family, friends, and colleagues, and I will continue to do so. "Woke up around midnight to my HVAC being set to 75°, but all the temperature sensors in my home reporting above 83. So in a panic I reached out to all the AC places in the near area. Novation can in clutch. There were able to come out first thing in the morning after I dropped my kids off and school and their prices were a cheaper than most of the other quotes I received. I really appreciate Jackson. He showed up replaced the capacitor, found and fixed a leak in the copper pipes, and completely recharged the system."
