"Sorry to be so late with this review. Just as we were preparing to leave town in mid-July, 2018 our air conditioner stopped working . We called Matthew Roberts. One man came out and worked for quite a while, he called someone else they both tried several fixes, but nothing worked. We had an idea of how much a whole new AC would cost so when they gave us a quote we were ready to decide. They came out and installed the entire Trane system, inside and out, in one day so it was working when we left town. Very professional, neat, friendly and took old system away. Since then we've had a couple of issues: a snake got in the electronics of the outside unit, shut it down and a couple of other service calls were handled extremely quickly and most with no charge because unit was under warranty. Michael was often the repairman and we were extremely pleased with his work and service."

"Our A/C quit working around 4:00 PM on Monday They had a technician at my home within 2 hours. The technician, Michael, identified the problem as burned and melted wire on the compressor. He replaced the wire but the compressor was shorted internally meaning it would have to be replaced. This unit was 15 years old. There were additional problems with the air handler in the split system. Michael give me several options to repair or replace the unit. He was in constant contact with his boss to get me the best price and every possible option. I opted to replace the system and Micheal scheduled the work for the coming Thursday and completed all the paperwork that evening. He also made arrangements to get a portable unit to us until the the install was completed he personally brought a new portable unit Tuesday and set it up before leaving. The install team of Johnathan and Henri arrived Thursday on time to do the removal and install. Johnathan and Henri worked non-stop for over 12 hours to complete the project. They had to do some modifications to accommodate the new system. Both installers were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and explained everything they were doing. They installed a new compressor, air handler, and cleaned & sanitized 11 ducts. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave until they were sure that our house being cooled properly.I am very happy with the service I have received from Our Place Air and could not be happier with the performance of Johnathan, Henri and Michael. I intend to continue with them as a Platinum Club member and would not hesitate to recommend them. Great employees, excellent work ethic and they definitely treat the customer like they are important ( a rarity in business these days.) The new system works much better than the old one and again I highly recommend this company and can't say enough good about our experience with these particular employees."

"Woke up around midnight to my HVAC being set to 75°, but all the temperature sensors in my home reporting above 83. So in a panic I reached out to all the AC places in the near area. Novation can in clutch. There were able to come out first thing in the morning after I dropped my kids off and school and their prices were a cheaper than most of the other quotes I received. I really appreciate Jackson. He showed up replaced the capacitor, found and fixed a leak in the copper pipes, and completely recharged the system."
