He came back out and sealed all the ducts, installed an air purifier and cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. "We had been coughing and did not know the cause, and we decided to have the ductwork cleaned. Angies list recommended this company, and after several estimates, I decided to use Eclair. I was extremely pleased with their competency. They explained exactly the procedure they would use including showing me photos and explaining the cleaning they would be performing on the blower unit. (Our AC system is one of the more complicated units, and I needed information concerning their work in cleaning the unit.) The Eclairs are very professional; they cleaned all the vents and returns inside and the covers; used a high pressure vacuum to blow out the entire duct system;cleaned the blower, coils, wires, drip pan; and installed a new return below the blower so that future cleaning had access to area in unit that had been unaccessible.
