A lot of issues with the fence. Huge gap was left and dog got out. No gate insane when I asked after initial estimate to put it in.

Seamless Experience! They were on time to give me a quote, on time to do the repair. He could have pushed me to do a completely new fence but agreed the repair would be best. Also did not use all the products purchased for repair and sent me a check back with what wasn't used. Nice to have honest and efficient people still doing business!

Brittanie and DJ were wonderful to work with through getting the quote and scheduling the job. It took one day to demo the old fence and one day to install the new fence. The workers on site make sure to verify with me where I wanted the gates and anything else related to the project. They did a great job double checking everything and making sure we were happy.

We Needed a section of fence repaired after a tree removal. Our regular fence company completely blew us off because they felt it was too complicated. I had a fence door that was sagging and it was difficult to open. They came out quickly on a Saturday as it was a small job. A door has 3 functions; open, close, and lock. I had issues with opening it. After the repair was completed, I was able to open the door, but had issues with closing it and could no longer lock it. I sent pictures and an email explaining my dilemma. The contractor called me and basically said I could buy a new lock. I gave them the opportunity to fix it and they didn't. After contemplating, I was able to put duct tape on the lever so that the door would stay closed when needed. For the lock, I created a new hole so that it would work again. It took me ten minutes to fix. He got a 3 rating because he offered to do more (screw my fence into the side of the home) for free and gave me some screws for another part of the fence I am going to repair myself. Word of advice, check really good before they leave that everything looks good.

It went great. The company was responsive to my email & had someone out within a few days for a quote. McGregor came out and was so friendly - but also knowledgeable and skilled. He told me his recommendation & answered all my questions about the fence & what our best options would be. He sent a quote the next day & we took a few days to think it over. A week later McGregor followed up with us (no pressure) via email just to touch base & see if we had any other questions - we did. He responded quickly by answering our questions & providing photos for reference. We decided to book with him. A day after signing the contract, DJ was in our neighborhood & stopped by the house to see if we were open to having our fence repaired right then (rather than waiting). DJ was so kind & skilled & repaired our fence very quickly while informing us of challenges with the repair. DJ repaired two 8 foot gates, restored hinges and handles, installed new drop rods, and even repaired pickets of the fence that were damaged from hurricane Ian (which is why broken the gates off of the fence) I highly recommend FCNM!

Pre-install: Out of four fence companies called, Fence Company Near Me was the quickest to respond and provide me with a quote. Getting permitting in line and scheduling the install with Brittanie was a breeze. She was also awesome about communicating any updates as soon as she had them. Install: We got shadowbox fencing installed in our backyard, and the quality of work was great. Parts of our backyard/neighboring yard have mature vegetation (40+ year-old monster bougainvillea), and the install team was able to work around them and let us know of any trimming they had to do. The team was able to get over 100 feet of fencing (removal, prep, install) done in 2 days. Highly recommend using this company! Between the prompt, professional office staff and the quality work, I'd use this business again in a heartbeat.
