They were excellent. They were available, on time and took care of the staff that we needed.

I spoke to Mark on Friday and he requested I text a photo of the bugs. He requested I text a photo of the bugs, which I did.  I also followed up with a 2nd text and received no response.  It is now Monday and I have hired a different company that responded promptly and can do the work today.

When I sent the email through Angie's List, I was contacted right away. An appointment was set up and he came out to the property, worked his magic in the electrical sockets and light switches, in addition to the couple entrances where the ants were trying to get in. That very day we no longer had the ants coming in. He then set the outside baits and sprinkled the grass. It's been a week and a half and walking through the property yesterday, I have not seen one ant. I even checked one of the nests by the house. He told me a couple more treatments, but I guess these ants were really turned off by this product. Thank you XACT.

I was shopping around for a natural pest control company as I have had some health issues in the past and we have several pets. This company may well be very good at eliminating pests as the other reviewers have said, but I wasn't about the shell out over $400 up front to find out.  I have been a home owner for 20 years now and I have used a couple of different service companies over the years.  ALL of them always have charged one price for the initial visit, usually a higher price because the first visit is more in depth, and then a monthly or quarterly fee.  This company wanted to charge me over $400 at once for the entire year with no option of a smaller monthly or quarterly payment.  I have never heard of a pest control company that charges for the entire year of service up front.  So I just went down the list here and found a different A rated natural pest control company that is charging me for the initial visit as an Angie's List discount and then we pay per visit with no contract or commitment.   Like I already said, they may well be very good at eliminating pests using safer and more natural products, but their pricing is way out of line with everyone else.

So pleased to find this company and their natural non-toxic pest control strategies.  Other natural pest control companies I contacted did not serve my area of South Miami-Dade.  Mark from Xact explained the products they use and as a Health Coach I am familiar with the products and happy that I do not need to worry about impact on our family's health or that of our dog.  The cost is for an annual contract for quarterly service plus the special lawn treatment they did for ticks.  They place pest control products in the outlets and switch plates as well as outside around the perimeter of the house.  After 10 days, we have not seen one palmetto bug (saw at least one daily before) and all the ants we are seeing are dead.  They have been extremely responsive to calls/questions, and have been prompt or early to appointments each time.  They have even done some creative problem-solving with us to address a unique issue.

I had called on a Saturday, thinking I would leave a message and hear back from them on Monday when business opened. Instead, I was pleased to hear back from Jeff shortly after I left the message! He was super nice and made an appointment to come by in a couple of days. The day of the appointment, the technician was on time and brought an assistant. they carefully opened a bunch of outlet covers, etc and sprayed something inside. they dropped natural bait traps in strategic locations (i only found some after I was cleaning later). They put feeding stations all around the yard and explained about how they worked and cautioned me to keep the kids away from them, not because the substance is harmful, but because if the feeding station is empty if the kids mess with them, the product wouldn't work properly. They worked quickly but thoroughly. I was having trouble finding my water meter and he looked for it while he was walking around the house (no luck!). Also, he mentioned a few areas of concern with regard to landscaping that were bug/rodent havens. This way, I requested the landlord remove the offending plants. Lastly, he pointed out the missing grout and holes around the perimeter of the house (inside) that are bug/rodent intrusion spots. I requested the landlord fix these and she wouldn't, so I hired my own handyman to do so. Subsequently, the palmetto bugs and millipedes roaming the house were decreased significantly. The one thing with this product/service is that it doesn't work right away. So my husband was freaking out that we paid all this money and there were still palmetto bugs crawling up the walls, etc in the converted garage portion of the house. I called last week for a service call to check it out and Jeff said that by the time he would come by, the situation would have resolved itself (it pretty much did!). I recommended them to my neighbor as well.

They were prompt, and solved all the issues I had with one visit. I hired them two years ago and they come on a quarterly basis. They are easy to schedule with and very attentive if extra services are needed. I have referred them several times and everyone I have referred them to is very happy with their service as well.

They do a great job. They use all natural products.  

Jeff came within his allotted slot. I was a few minutes late, but he waited patiently. Once inside, he went about methodically through every room: removing outlets to inject boric acid paste. He put back all the outlets. There were two rooms in which he found very small ants. He put special baits that need to be removed after a few weeks (he explained this to me very clearly). After the inside was done, he did the outside... securing each opening window and door. Finally he put several bait stations around the house and sprayed the lawn.

They use natural chemicals and no pesticides in your house. Whenever I need them they come out. They do a one year treatment out side, and they come in between if you need them. I would give them the highest grade possible. They are the only company we will use. I think they are really good.

They used all natural products for this pest removal. They came out twice to help us with this serious issue. They come out quarterly for us. If you have any problems throughout year, they will come out again for no charge. They are very helpful and I would definitely recommend them.
