"Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. The day I was due to have lawn mowed I received an email that it had been reschedule for the next day. The next day no one showed nor did I receive a call nor email at which point I terminated services. This is not a reliable business."

Turned out the whole back yard was covered in a mess of concrete! Called Southern Majestic Homes. Stan was able to take a look and give us a quote the next day. The first day he went to work we were in awe watching him destroy and remove the eye sore! His skill with the Bobcat was amazing! The concrete was layer upon layer. 12 inches thick in most areas. This is a half acre lot. He was done on the 2nd day. Graded the property, removed stumps. Nothing we wanted to keep was damaged, everything we wanted gone was gone. I highly recommend Stan. We are gardeners and Stan made it possible for us to enjoy our yard."
