Made a number of excuses about needing a new phone and would call me when he got it. Texted saying it didn't come in, then abandoned job. I hired another vendor and got the job done. He is billing for completed work. I had to pay $200 to get the job he bid $90 for by Ray of Ray & Dan's Home Repair. He threatened to file a lien."
