Guarantee Floridian Pest ControlWe have been using Guarantee Floridian for 20+ years to spray our yard and maintain our termite fumigation subscription. Like most, we procrastinated for years to deal with the upheaval, inconvenience and concerns with moving out of the house for two days in order to tent for termites, for which we were long overdue. Guarantee Floridian, now under the Erlich Pest Control's umbrella made the process seamless, providing us with ample lead time to arrange for alternate accommodations for ourselves and our pets and providing us with clear, easy to follow prep instructions. In particular, I would like to commend the exceptional tenting crew from office supervisor Saul Gamez to tenting supervisor Juan Aquino, who were unbelievably communicative, punctual to the minute, extremely careful and conscientious when it came to preventing structural damage (roof tile, tv dish, exhaust stack, gutters, etc), not to mention creatively accommodating in being able to spare certain landscaping and a vegetable garden from being enclosed in the tent. The fact that many of the crew have been with the company for as long as they have, even through the various transitions the company has been through, speaks volumes as to the loyalty and professionalism of the the staff. lastly, I would also like to highly recommend Erlich's affordable Termite Warranty Inspection plan, which payable annually, provides for free inspections, unlimited spot spraying and when the time comes, tenting your property without having to come up with an up-front lump-sum amount.- Kent B.

Captain TermiteWell, booking was extremely easy! The receptionist, Marien, was exceptional and super accommodating to my schedule. As far as the actual service, Jorge was professional and so thorough. He sprayed every inch of my house and was extremely detailed when examining the house for a pest problem. Such amazing staff! I would totally recommend this company just on the simple fact I have not seen any more roaches after just one extermination service! Kairos Pest ControlWe had German Cockroaches in a house we rented. Our landlord engaged Kairos Pest Control to take care of the problem. Lazaro was extremely professional and explained his options, with multiple stages of escalation before we would have to fumigate which we hoped to prevent. Lazaro was able to get rid of the roaches without fumigation, and we had no problems anymore. We eventually moved into our own house and engaged Kairos Pest Control again for our regular pest control, due to the positive experience we had before. He uses products that are pet friendly (we have two dogs). Great communications. Overall, a refreshingly professional and reliable service provider in Miami. I can only recommend Lazaro.- Michael N.

Fraud and poor customer service. I paid for an annual membership for routine pest control maintenance in July 2020. My check was cashed for $279 and no one has ever showed to provide the service. I have spent 2 months requesting a full refund. I have made numerous calls with lengthy wait times and have not been able to get a manager on the phone who could help me. I am promised over and over that Peter will call me back and he never does. I received a check from the corporate office for $69, not the full amount paid $279. I used this company the year prior without issue.
