All my experiences with Florida's Best Lawn and Pest have been outstanding. They come regularly about once a month and their representatives have always been phenomenal. Usually, when they do whatever they do, it remediates the problem. Sometimes not the first time, but it does. Whenever I need a service, I just call them and it's very easy to get through to an agent. Then, the response to my request is always within three days, sometimes much faster. I would tell my friends that they should hire Florida's Best Lawn and Pest.

He does a good job. They come monthly and I like them as far as what they do for me. I had a lot of roaches before I started with them. They have taken care of that really well. Get. It's a good company.

I love Florida's Best Lawn and Pest and I like all the servicemen. They take care of my things. They let me know what day they're gonna be coming. They change sometimes, one or two days difference. Once in a while, thereâ ll be a week difference. But they call me right before they come, which is good. The other ones, I don't know if they call the people that live in the property. One of them leaves one of those sheets of paper where it says what they sprayed. The other one sometimes will tell me if theyâ re home and what day they came.

Florida's Best Lawn and Pest does a pest service on my house every month. Itâ s in the books, but I can reschedule it if I need to. My technician is a wonderful person. I also have their termite protection. I have checked the inside and I don't see pests. I recommend people to get on route. Heâ s personable and helpful.

Florida's Best Lawn and Pest was in charge of managing pest control when I first moved into my unit. From the day I moved there was a big issue with bugs but once he came in and did his work the issue died down extremely. He routinely does maintenance and therefore has continued to keep the presence of pests minimal (if theyâ re even there at all). He is likewise very polite and therefore esteemed in customer service. I applaud his work.

I literally emailed the office early in the AM when I had to chase a Palmetto bug around my kitchen. After my home was sprayed I told Courtney I opened my front door & there lying on my porch was a Palmetto bug on his back all 4 legs up in the air!! I wanted to take a picture but then it rained. I have found spiders/silverfish etc & so thankful for their quick & courteous service. Especially my tech. Courtney followed up with me & also they sent a great thank you card. So many businesses now a days donâ t know what customer service is but Florida's Best Lawn and Pest has it nailed & I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks everything was perfect!

My experience was very good. I had an easy time making an appointment and the home evaluator showed up first to inspect for termites and provided an estimate same day. I had my exterior home treated for prevention and the exterminator was very thorough and professional. The entire experience was good and there were no surprise fees. I signed a yearly contract. Have been using Florida's Best Lawn and Pest many times and will continue to do so. Always consistent, on time and provide great coverage for all over pest protection for my Shop qnd also my home. They also use child and pet friendly chemicals so I know my kids are not inhaling nasty chemicals. Highly recommend them.
