Very well. When I called, they came out The same day to check things out and then fixed everything the next day. Also when I needed additional bait boxes, they took care of it right away. I only dealt with Steve and Matt but they were both very pleasant, professional and helpful. So far no recurrence of pests! So far very happy!

Excellent! We obtained a quote from another wildlife removal company but it took them too long to follow through with the estimate. Critter Control gave us a quote on-site, immediately following completion of their free inspection. And Critter Control was halfway through the job before we received the quote from the other company who had been onsite a week before Critter Control. The other company’s quote came in at double the cost of Critter Control. And the young man from the other company who tried to sell the job was less than honest. He used gross exaggeration, misinformation, and hyped up fear tactics on my ninety two year old mother to try and close the deal. We found him to be unreliable and disreputable. On the other hand, Critter Control was straightforward and extremely professional, provided excellent workmanship, and went above and beyond to insure our complete satisfaction. We initially had to wait longer than we wanted to for the initial inspection, but they responded immediately to all of our inquiries and requests from that point forward. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I had to take the time to thank Critter Control for making an extremely stressful situation easier on us. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The team was very thorough. They came out to inspect where the rats were. I thought I had one or maybe two little ones, but it turned out there was quite a number of them that had gotten in and were living in my attic and had almost completely consumed the insulation in the attic. The team assessed the damage, photographed everything, determined the course of action. They came in multiple times over a 3 week period to check the traps and remove the rats. They cleaned everything and resprayed insulation in the attic. They closed up what they determined were some entry points on the outside of the house that allowed the critters to get access. Their work in the attic loosened a few lighting cans in the living room ceiling, but they came out right away and fixed those. It is a little on the expensive side, but they did an incredibly thorough job. I was very impressed.

I was extremely satisfied with the removal of the rats, sealing of all possible points of entry and the professionalism of the first group at my home. However, the second group that came to clean the attic and put in the insulation was not as professional. I had phoned the office and told them that I was not able to come to the door so I gave them the code for the garage door and told them to act as if I was not even there. When they arrived they let themselves into the garage and began working. All of a sudden a worker appeared in my bedroom. I told him to leave and he did explaining that he just wanted to check the ceiling. A little while later he walked in again, unannounced, and plugged in an electrical cord to my dryer outlet. I had been advised b y the office that there was no need to come into my house. As I said, the group that took care of the infestation could not have been any finer a group of professionals. The second group had one individual that needs a lesson in customer relations and proper behavior.

We acquired some very unwanted pests. Usually, this is a stressful process but thankfully Hedi and Rudy helped us through whole way through. Even communicating with us during Off work hours to answer any questions and help keep our sanity. I am glad we choose to use them and would highly recommend them to anyone with a pest problem.

We had an awful smell in the home that was coming from the air conditioning vents and we had a good idea that it was a dead animal. After searching myself for several hours, I knew that I needed help! I called Critter Control they were extremely professional, courteous and most of all knowledgeable. The technician, Matt was outstanding! As soon as he walked in the door he told me that it was a possum, it had been dead for 48 hours, young and about 10 inches long and was probably in our air conditioning unit or duct work. Matt methodically went through the house and attic and did not quit until he found exactly what he said it was.

So far so good, but we're in the middle of our contract working things out with them trying to get the place taken care of. So far everything has been really really good so far. They are the only companies that responded to us. On a scale of 1 to 10, they're a 10. I found it very expensive, but we had a major problem and we have contracted them to do more than just trapping and or removal. The job is not finished.

Tom the tech did a thorough inspection of the property, found access points sealed off one roof vent entry point. He then placed several traps in the attic to eliminate them and made six visits until no more activity was found. Was professional and punctual and I am very satisfied with the service.

We were most impressed with the professionalism of Micah Tolle, the wildlife specialist who initially came out to assess our problem and provide an estimate, and with the competence, kindness and diligence of Ed Ashton, the gentleman who visited our home over several weeks (Feb. to April, 2017) to check attic traps, remove dead rats, and generally serve as a sounding board and semi-therapist as we tried to cope with what felt at times like an unwinnable war. I will say that although the price was high, the company performed and provided the services exactly as they promised. Looking back, though, I do wish they would have suggested performing a smoke test to rule out plumbing as the entry point in the very beginning, BEFORE other possible openings were addressed (i.e, soffit vents, construction gaps, dryer vents, etc) as this rodent "exclusion'' portion of their work was by far the most expensive part of our contract. As it turned out, plumbing WAS the culprit, as we discovered after two additional (and costly) visits from a plumbing company who finally located an old, uncapped pipe serving as a rat highway directly into our attic.
