He started working and replaced the wheel I knew was bad and two others he said were going to fail soon. He also adjusted the spring so the the door doesn't slam like it had been doing. "it went well.  Dan and his assistant arrived on time.  he had to leave and get the supplies he needed after he saw the job that needed to be done.  they both did a good job and was worth the money.  my only comment would be he seemed a little annoyed when he had to go back to Home Depot again for more supplies, which was certainly not my fault, and seemed to not want to paint, which was part of the job I hired them for.  all in all, a good experience and would use them again.
