Was very impressed at first Se signed a contract late October 2018. He said it would be at least six to 8 weeks because of the back log and unavailability of wood. Then I got frustrated because neither he nor his wife would not return my calls. We already had the building permit and everything else to go forward. Was FINALLY able to get them on the phone, and was told they would be ready to start the following Monday or Tuesday. They started on Tuesday, were very professional, very polite, and very neat and tidy. They completed the fence in 2-1/2 days. They cleaned up everything. my fence was built board on board, not with the stabled together sections available at the big box stores. Except for having to wait nearly six months, I was delighted and would use them again.

Perfect, we are extremely happy with the fence, a beautiful job! We needed to have our entire back yard fence redone due to hurricane damage last year. Roberto was very timely to come give us the original estimate and clear with the work details involved. We had several contractor bids and were most impressed with the overall thoroughness of this company. The workers were very professional and careful with our landscaping as well as our neighbors. 100 STARS! Our experience with Roberto G. Cruz, Inc. - RGC Fence - has been absolutely incredible! Roberto came to our home, was very receptive to everything that we requested and presented us with a plan and proposal that was EXACTLY what we had hoped for! Roberto removed an existing chain link fence and installed a 6' wood fence around our entire property. Roberto was by the book from the very first visit. He worked with the City of Oakland Park to secure permits. He ensured that his work met every safety requirement, every hurricane standard, and he ensured that we were satisfied with his work every step of the way. The entire process was finished in a matter of days. His staff was incredibly focused and some of the hardest working contractors that I have ever seen! Didn't matter the temperature - they were out there working! Really cannot say enough positive about Roberto. He is phenomenal and a true professional. We would recommend him (and have to many neighbors and others just passing by) and would hire him for any future build.

Price was not the lowest, but not the highest, but quality and craftsmanship was awesome! Does not push you into a sale. A few of us on my block have his fences and after hurrican Irma they are all standing. Others with different fences on my block were not so lucky.

We got delayed by the constant rains earlier in the year, but as soon as he could get to us Roberto and his crew did the work. It looks great and is exactly what we wanted. Gates work well and it has made an enormous difference to the look of our yard. Roberto took care of the permit for us and is knowledgeable about relevant codes. He was able to walk me through the process and make it as easy as permitting can be. We are very happy with the result!

Fantastic job!!! The owner, Roberto, came out to do estimate. Very nice guy. Based on Angie's list reviews and my neighbor's fence (which RGC did), we hired him on the spot. He took care of the permit and started the job shortly after permit approved. Four man crew showed up and they were great. Very hard workers - did the job in two days and looks beautiful. Would definitely hire RGC again.

Work started a couple weeks later than expected, they blamed the city but I suspect they forgot to get the permit. Once they started the fence went up quickly and was completed in 3 days. When they came for the estimate he went into detail on how they use 4x6 posts and metal gate frames to make sure the gates don't sag. Well before the inspection one of my gates sagged to the point where it became difficult to open. I also noticed a couple pieces that were missing nails. I called them and left a message, but I wasn't surprised that they never called back. Communication is an issue with them. It still passed inspection, but about a week after the inspection my other gate also sagged. You can see it from the street, which I'm not happy about. I'll probably hire another company to fix the gates. It takes about 4 calls to get a call back, and if they were to come out it would probably be 6 months from now, if not next year. I'm guessing that settling, and sagging is probably normal with the rocky soil that we have here, but a professional would return phone calls and fix the problem.

Wonderful experience, would highly recommend Roberto and his wife. He advised us well. I originally wanted a darker brown PVC which is very expensive he could have sold it to us instead he explained the pro's and con's of each material we ended up choosing wood. Roberto was very detailed around what I needed and what would look best on my property. This process was very simple from beginning to end. He knows his fencing. Now the install crew, what can I say beside they are hands down the best our there. Their attention to detail is amazing. It took them 4 days to install this fence and final product is amazing. Would use them again in a heart beat. Don't waste your time with other companies out there.

RGC fence gave me the best quote for a wooden privacy fence. Once the permits were done fence was installed in less than 3 days. They did an excellent job. It looks great, even the inspector was impressed.

Roberto and his crew were very professional and on-point throughout the whole process. He took the time to walk me through how they install the fence and what the right things to look for in proper installation, even if it wasn't him doing the work. Extremely impressive for today. Showed up on-time when scheduled and always returned my phone calls. Was very patient when I had to file for a variance with the city because of setback rules and was very helpful and responsive throughout. Install took two full days and they did great work. I will recommend RGC to all my neighbors and truly appreciate the great job!

Roberto installed our fence, along with 2 beautiful gates and enclosed porch in front of the house. He did a terrific job from start to finish. Always on time, if you ever need a fence installed do yourself a favor, skip the other companies and go straight to the pros. Job well done.

Roberto from RGC fence was very nice and gave me the best price for new fence out of all the other contractors. He also took time to explain the job in details and game me the best advice for the best fence. He is great guy and its a family business. The workers were very professional and the job was done on time with quality work. It has been almost a year and the fence looks great .I would re-hire him for any other fencing needs. You should at least get an estimate and you will see that Roberto is an up front guy with honesty and quality his top goal.

We had a very good experience with RGC Fence. Roberto was very responsive throughout the project, and we are very happy with the result. He and his crew installed a high-quality product at a reasonable price. In fact, his estimate was the lowest of 3 that we obtained, and he stuck to it. Normally, we don't necessarily automatically go with the person with the lowest bid. However, in this case, we did, and it was a smooth experience from beginning to end.

Roberto is very professional in all aspect he was in time, the time window was perfect, he was very cain to help us holding he's job for us when we request it always answer my calls.

What took the most were the permits, in between the ones that we had to take with our HOA, and the ones the company was processing on our behalf with the city. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Once the date was established, a small crew was sent, along with high quality materials. The crew was friendly, courteous, and focused on the task at hand. They spent 12 hours setting up that wood fence. The final product is beautiful, with an excellent foundation. We highly recommend this company.

Superb delivery and follow through from start to finish. Roberto and his wife Elba delivered outstanding communication and an exceptional, stress free experience. Contacted Roberto for estimate. He explained all work and materials needed for job.
Roberto and 5-6 of his crew came and removed all old fence and installed fence posts the first day. On the second day they built the fence and 2 gates to enter back yard.
Can't say enough about the workmanship and quality of materials and wood used. His crew worked non-stop and it was hard to believe that the old fence could be removed and new fence installed in just 2 full days.
All permits and paperwork was handled without any problems
