Rohan(owner of H2O Dryout) is a true professional and showed my wife and I that he cared! He was really concerned for the safety of our son and wanted to make sure they did their very best work. Its a very unsettling thing to come home and see 2 inches of water all over your floors, drywall sucking up water and the smell of stagnent water for a few days didn't help either.
