    I wanted to leave this review to personally give my thanks to Eric & Mindy Peterson, the owners of The Screen Doctor in Ft. Myers, for their excellent service and outstanding craftsmanship on the screen room we just added onto our home (the Before & After look tells the whole story). The entire process from the initial estimate, explanation of the custom work required, Lee County permitting, demolition of old enclosure, on-site fabrication, and superior attention to detail was truly remarkable. Eric is a master fabricator and he was able to seamlessly blend the new screen room to our existing Florida room and attached laundry room in such a professional manner that the final result looks stunning. Eric made a great recommendation to install the canal facing screen with a Panoramic view (no structural cross members, just one solid screen) as it gives us a totally unobstructed view of the water. You also cannot go wrong by choosing to install the “No-Seeum” screen as we have no more pesky bug bites. We are so pleased with the entire experience that we have already contracted the next job for Eric and his team. Don’t hesitate to contact The Screen Doctor as you won’t be disappointed�

    We contracted DreamWork Aluminum to remove, then design, build and install a new lanai enclosure with picture window and no chair rails. Kevin came out to measure and discuss our options and then the team consisting of Dave the Lead, Tyler and Saul came last week to install the new enclosure. The quality and strength of the new structure is outstanding as was the team who installed it. They did an absolutely wonderful job and left our property exceptionally clean. Should we need any screen or aluminum work in the future DreamWork Aluminum is the only company we would call. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, quality, price point and workmanship

    ZERO STARS FOR FIXATION REMODEL AND RESTORATION. HORRIBLE SERVICE, ZERO BUSINESS SKILLS. I hired Fixation Remodel and Restoration to build Florida Sunroom and it was the BIGGEST mistake. Joshua Roberts is the owner of the company and it's all about about the money, ZERO stars for quality work. As soon as he gets your money he disappears leaving a horrible, undone job behind. I hired him to build my Florida Sunroom, I paid him a deposit that was more than the agreed price. He was told not to start without the approved permit. Guess what he didn't care, he started the job without the permit. He sent unskillful workers, that actually admitted doing this kind of job the first time. they literally had to follow the instructions and pictures on how to install the windows and roof. The roof is leaking but Joshua Roberts does NOT care. Moreover, he ignored my multiple emails with he videos and pictures of the leaking roof. The county won't approve the poor quality job. Joshua said if I pay him the remaining balance than he would talk to me. Seriously? I told him I didn't mind to pay him the balance but first he had to give me the invoice he paid to the architectural designer and fix the leaking roof, but of course he keeps ignoring my emails. I can't pay for something I don't know if he paid. He left me with unpaid balance with the county. Apparently, he applied for the permit after the job was "completed" and after me pressuring him and contacting the county for the permit myself. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

They were very courteous, very quite, worked very professionally, and cleaned up after themselves every day. Branden came by every day to check progress and answer any of our questions.
