"I have no existing system. I know nothing about security systems. I thought I wanted a 5 - 6 camera outdoor surveillance system. I called William and discussed options. I was quoted a reasonable price and William was very knowledgeable and professional. We scheduled install and all went very well. There were two issues with camera placement due to my vaulted ceiling and wiring concerns. We were able to move those cameras to a different location and the visual coverage is adequate. After install I checked the cameras. First of all this is looks to be commercial grade very fine quality cameras and equipment. My friend said "this is better than the system I have at work". I paid attention to the picture quality during transition from daytime to night. These cameras look amazing at night as well as all day. I am impressed with the equipment and staff. I would recommend Masada to anyone who wants a security system. I will have Masada quote one additional camera, and will gladly pay for their services. A++ Thanks Masada ! Thanks Angie !!!"

"We've used Theta several times in the past year and a half, and they've always been competent and professional, and we've never had a problem with any repair or installation they've made. I appreciate that they tell me what it will cost for them to provide equipment vs. the service charge if we provide the equipment, and they've done minimal upselling or products or services we probably don't need. To be honest, I haven't done a lot of price comparison, so I don't know how their prices compare with other companies...just scanning feedback on Angie's List, I'm guessing mid-range, but I haven't collected bids to assess that.

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
