"We met the Sterling Contractor Services team through a full house transformation project that included adding a 12 X 22 Florida Room. These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. Our second project with Sterling Contractor Services was they laid approximately 8 - 10 inches of concrete foundation and built a well insulated trash can storage house to fit two large trash cans and one recycling bin. Unfortunately the system won't allow a video so I've attached pictures of the trash can storage house. Everyone worked well together as a team with good communication. Pedro and Chase managed to get my whole yard redone in just 2 days. They were fast, efficient, and patient with me (I can be nit-picky!). Everyone was very accommodating when I wanted some last minute changes in the backyard garden. I fully expected an additional estimate for the changes and was delightfully surprised when I did not receive an additional bill! "Dex came out and did a thorough inspection of the house, showed me the options and quoted me a good price. Mike and his assistant showed up on the scheduled day bright and early and knocked out 7 piers in just over 3 days. The main wall they were working on had all the utilities and the guys didn't disturb a thing. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and left the yard in amazingly good shape considering all the big holes they had to dig.
