"If you need Stucco Repair and painting , this is who you want to hire. My Home looks better than it did when I bought it new construction. Beni explained the whole process and helped me selecting the paint . I love the quality of the paint he used . My stucco was cracked and needed to be fixed . Beni pressure washed the house , repaired the stucco and then painted it. Beni is very accurate and delivers high quality work â ¦ I would give him 10 stars if I could !!!"

"Traditional Stucco Repair - He came and gave bids for 2 differen levels of work. I took the lower one. He did a good job to ensure there was no wood damage behind the stucco too. I was pleased with the job he did and my painters remarked on the quality too."

"Cut out stucco on the side of my house that was buckeling as well as sealing numerous cracks. Also repaired stucco where my lawn guy ran his mower into the house. Charles did excellent detailed work! He is fairly priced, professional and a super nice guy! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing stucco work done."

Small jobs welcome

"After receiving a free estimate, I hired Wil Contractors Inc. to paint my stucco house. Mr. Wilmer and his crew were very professional, friendly and courteous. They arrived on the job site early every morning and cleaned up prior to their departure. They went beyond the written estimate and painted areas that I forgot that needed painting. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others."

Stucco questions, answered by experts

The best adhesive that works on stucco is usually a product specified for use on stucco or concrete surfaces. The adhesive will need to be strong to grip the stucco, but should also wipe away clean when used in a temporary application. You can also consider using super glue or hot glue on stucco.

German schmear is a durable brick masonry coating. It should last at least a decade or two without flaking or fading, even with minimal maintenance. This makes it an economical option compared to the cost of painting your house exterior, which usually needs to be repainted every five to 10 years to keep it looking its best—thus costing more over the same time period.

Several clues suggest that your stucco is damaged or has underlying issues. Visual clues include discoloration, cracks, indentations, broken caulking, or visible mold. If you touch your stucco and feel any soft spots, that could also indicate a problem. If you notice any of these concerns, call in an inspector who can confirm your suspicions and help provide solutions.

The curing time for stucco typically takes several weeks to fully complete. During the curing process, the stucco undergoes a chemical reaction and gradually hardens. It's important to note that curing is different from drying. While the surface of the stucco may dry relatively quickly within a few hours or days, the curing process continues beneath the surface, strengthening and solidifying the stucco.

It's best to avoid excessive moisture exposure during the curing period, as it can impede the curing process. The exact curing time can vary based on factors such as temperature, humidity, and the specific stucco mixture used.

To maintain stucco, inspect it annually for cracks and clean the surface with a mild detergent. Seal any cracks promptly to prevent water infiltration, and reseal or repaint as needed to preserve its appearance.
