We had a trouble spot that continuously leaked, and when it started leaking just a few weeks after the replacement, we called Jack and he sent guys out to fix it. They actually had to fix it 3 times, but they were never rude, or aggravated with us. They did get it fixed right the last time and we've had no further issues. We had the roof replaced 2.5 years ago. Now we've moved and wanted to hire them again for the new place, but they don't go to Nassau Co."
