Just keep in mind, however, that although brick can up the asking price when you sell your house, the cost to brick a house is also more expensive than other typical siding costs—so you’ll invest more in the project.

The cost to install or replace brick or stone siding generally ranges from $10 to $50 per square foot. When painting brick, each application method has pros and cons. Spraying is much faster but may not penetrate the porous surface of the bricks.
