"Mrs. [Member Name Removed] is confused with different people her what is the proper drop in grade. There is not an 11'' drop in grade , I went back to the job an put a laser transit on the slab and in my opinion it is within the right guide lines. The slop of 2.5-5.0 isn't enough drop over the 25ft. this is a slab that is getting a screen enclosure built on it completely open to the elements."
"In my defense I never told Mrs. [Member Name Removed] it could take up to a year for the chocking to subside . from the beginning Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was complaining the the driveway was to white, well that is what a new driveway bleaches out to and over time it will look like every driveway in the neighborhood. I had aa representative of the concrete company that I use look at it as I told Mrs. [Member Name Removed] that I would , they also agreed with me on the condition of the driveway."
"It was a pleasure working for the Phinneys for the second time."
