Let me start by saying, from beginning to end, all the employees at Jack C Wilson are very professional, courteous and very good at what they do. Chris Voss wrote our estimate and answered all our questions. He gave us several options on materials and an extended warranty. He was very easy to work with and helped us on some special requests and changes we needed to make. He gave us his cell number and said to call if we had any additional questions or concerns. The crew was onsite at 7 AM and immediately began site preparation which included covering our plants and shrubs and shielding our heat pump and pool equipment. The removal of the old roof and installation of the new went exactly as expected with no surprises. They were careful and didn’t damage any of our landscape. Before they left that evening, the new roof had been completed. The crew worked very hard and stayed focused. They picked up all the trash and nails leaving little to be done the following day. The crew came back bright and early the next day to complete all clean up and remove all leftover materials. The chimney chase received new Hardee board siding, chimney cap and paint to match our trim. The carpenter’s work on the chimney chase was first rate and much better than the original. We were very pleased with the entire process. The work was exceptional down to the smallest detail. The entire process was conducted with professionalism and attention to detail. The materials and workmanship were top notch. The customer service at Jack C Wilson Roofing is second to none. We highly recommend them and give them a 5-star rating!!!

This company was very responsive and professional. Owner Kyle Voss and his father both came out for the estimate. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. Scott and Junior completed the repairs, which were quite challenging given the locations of the leaks. They stayed on schedule and were polite and professional. The roof decking for my house is composed of 1x6. Scott used 1x6 to complete the repairs. Numerous other companies quoted me for OSB only.

Just had my 30 year old roof replaced though it never leaked and looked fairly good; it was installed by Jack C Wilson the first time and for a three tab to last that long without a single problem is more than enough to use them for my new roof. The new roof crew was great; one time, courteous, professional and fast. The roof was 90% finished in one day and completely installed and the site cleaned by then next afternoon. They even put drip edge and flashing around my cupola that was not originally quoted without charging an extra fee. Wonderful folks both roofers and admin staff in the office. Everyone was down to earth, polite and professional. If they are around in 30 years, I'll use them again!

Through Angie's list we found J. C. Wilson Roofing Company. Our roof was 20 years old and in need of replacement. A phone call was made and an appointment set up for Chris Voss to come give us an evaluation and price to complete all the work needed. He arrived on time and spent all the time we needed to answer our many questions. Chris was personable, patient and informative! He was thorough in his description of work needed and the price was reasonable. It didn't take long for us to hire this company. Work began on the date designated and was competed in two days. Cleanup was thorough and timely. The crew was incredibly hard working, respectful and polite. We needed additional chimney and siding work, also skillfully completed. Project coordinator, Keith, was on site the majority of time which was appreciated. All in all, we are more than pleased with our experience with J.C. Wilson Roofing Company and would recommend them unconditionally. Our experience far exceeded our expectations.

If you want your roof done these are the people that will do it right the first time. Not the cheapest but in the long run they will be because it will be done right and you won't have to pay someone else to fix the cheaper person's mistakes.

There were a few issues that came up but after one phone call to the office, they were on top of it and fixed the issue to my satisfaction. There was no argument like I have had with the past two roofers, they just corrected it. The Crew, Project Manager, Office and the owner Harold Voss were awesome!

Professional. Worked with our schedule. Made sure all was well. They went through the yard 2x with magnet roller for the nails - there were quite a few left on a 3rd magnet sweep done by us, but I suppose that is to be expected) Very happy with them.

Everyone was on time and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. There were a few problems with nails that the city inspector didn't pass at the first inspection. But as soon as the company saw this, the day following the job, these problems were corrected and the roof passed inspection. They came when they said they would and did a good job cleaning up.

Solicited several bids from other companies before choosing Jack C. Wilson to do the work. The job went very smoothly. The crew arrived early in the morning and worked throughout the day finishing around 8:00 p.m. They cleaned up the property and removed all debris. Because Jack C. Wilson provided more bang for the buck than other companies at the same price point and did such an excellent job, I would definitely recommend them for all your roofing needs.

WOW, they were on time each day, they were efficient, work was completed in the time promised and you could not even tell they had been there when they were done. They cleaned up every scrap and the owner returned after the work was complete to make sure we were happy. YES WE ARE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This company has done MANY roofs in Secret Cove subdivision and his reputation is why so many are done by him.

"We apologize for the few issues that we did have, not being able to start due to heavy rain on the originally scheduled start date was one of the reasons this 2 day job turned into 4 days to complete. Also, between the strict inspection scheduling of this county and the 11 sheets of rotted plywood we had to replace, this project took longer than we would have liked as well. Overall, I love my new roof. Estimates are done by owners, not salesmen on commission. The actual roofing crew was always late (10-10:30, not 9) and ended up working up to and after dark. Since they were late, that caused inspections to be delayed. They were careless about leaving my gates open (I have a dog and they knew it). A bag of garden soil and landscape sand were moved from under a large evergreen (not in the way); they drug it out onto the driveway, causing it to tear open, then the crew threw them in dumpster where I found them when I noticed them missing and saw the sand/dirt in front of the garage. I had to purchase replacements out of my funds ($15). Problems with nails on completion being left were quickly resolved and probably happened because I found the guys trying to "sweep" with the magnet at 8pm in the dark. Was told the crew was fired. The carpenter did an excellent job on the chimney and the paint color match was perfect., My concerns were quickly and professionally addressed by the site supervisor. All in all, I would hire again and recommend. The low marks were due to the crew, not the owners, site supervisor or office.,
