"I called to set up a time for American Leak Detection to come out and they were able to come out the next day. I was told 11-1, which I assumed that J.D. would be here sometime in that range. When he realized at 10:15 he wasn't going to be at my house until 11:45 he called to let me know his estimated arrival time and apologized. There was no need to apologize but I appreciated that he was considerate of my time. He was here for three house and worked tirelessly to locate our leak. He kept me posted and answered all of my questions. My husband came home for lunch and walked through any questions my husband had. D.J. was very professional with a focus on customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use American Leak Detection. This is the right call if you need someone to locate a leak."

"Jose and his crew from Luxe did a fantastic job. The kitchen project was held up for water and mold remediation that was unfortunately discovered as the job comenced. Jose was able to flex his crew in order to get the kitchen cleaned out in preparation for the cleaning and repairs and then quickly returned when the damage was finally safely remediated. The resulting kitchen is amazing. It feels like one of those TV reno shows when they unveil the project when our friends come over and see it for the first time. Jaws drop as comments are made on how gorgeous it is and how the layout of the house was improved and updated. The detail in his work, from the initial layout, to the tile work, to the carefully mitered corners is nothing less then perfect. The punch list was minimal and his crew returned promptly and made the noted repairs with in days. If Jose did not think one of our ideas would work he would let us know and provide other options. In years past I have had work done by other local companies on bathroom renovations and both were very challenging. Communications were terrible and the work was at times less then acceptable. Working full time back then, I could not be present to watch the work closely. These guys needed little of that. Jose communicated with his crew constantly and all issues were worked out quickly with him directly. I would highly recommend this company who also did a bath tub wall tile job just prior to the kitchen. Each day the crew diligently cleaned up the mess at the end of their shift. Little to no dust remained behind when they completed the job."

"This is the most unhonorable company I have ever used. We have been paying $163 a month for lawn care/fertilization. Our front yard was maintained but the back was clearly not given the same attention. We had new sod installed in a portion of our backyard in Feb 2023 and were told they "knew how to handle new sod" and they would make sure it was treated properly. In May/June we noticed the sod started to turn brown/yellow. We notified McGuire of the issue immediately and finally someone came out to notify us of having to adjust our watering and that they "treated it". In July the lawn crew came to mow and my husband asked them if they could take care of the weeds we had growing in our new sod. To which they replied "sure we can do that". I watched them outback with a spray pump and within 2 days the grass had large patches that completely killed the grass. We have been in contact with them about these issues and they "looked into it". We were told that the lawn crew did not spray anything and that they don't even have spray pumps to carry around. So now I am a liar?? Why would I lie about something like this?? What an awful thing to do to a customer who has been paying you $163 a month to not even do the job properly. Several times they have had to come back because they couldn't even mow the grass properly. They would use a weed whacker instead of bringing the mower to the back. They would miss several spots, weeds in flower bed etc. They would come out after we put in a ticket but why would I even have to bother making sure the service I am paying for is done and done right? Ridiculous. I should have listened to the previous negative reviews. Now they want me to pay for KILLING my grass. Grass that I worked hard to pay for. Obviously they do not care. Especially when people will continue to pay these high amounts for a 10min half done job. I don't know what happened to customer service but it surely doesn't exist here. PLEASE TAKE YOUR SERVICE ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
