When I came back outside to pay the contracted amount, it had doubled. The cover was not installed. The contractor refused to cover it, stating that the cost would increase if he did so. I gave the contractor the original amount agreed upon. Unfortunately, I needed to buy additional materials and fabricate the covering to finish the job contracted by that company. I am not happy."
